   Sullivan’s stood out for my in-laws to celebrate their 56th wedding anniversary. I made the reservations and noted it was for an anniversary but o did not request anything special. They went above and beyond!! They decorated the table with rose petals, a card and free dessert for the couple. The food and service were incredible. They were over the moon! Thank you, Sullivan’s!! We will be back!

   Christmas dinner was RUINED HERE! The wait was unacceptable! Over 2 hrs to get our Appetizers!! Had to ask for a Manager, who never came to our table, ended up speaking with Host. We ended up getting our meal packed up and carried it out. BUT to our surprise, we came home to find our meal was Not Only WRONG, BUT tasted BELOW AVERAGE at best!! Just a waste of time and money!!!

   Will not do Christmas dinner there ever again. The two of us were there for hours. The restaurant lobby was packed with people the entire time we were there. We arrived slightly early for our 6:30 reservation and weren't seated until well after 7:00. Our obviously stressed out server did her best but the restaurant was just overwhelmed. It took forever to get anything, and the restaurant was incredibly loud. When our food finally arrived (after 8:00), we ate it as quickly as we could because we were so ready to get out of there. The food was good but we didn't particularly enjoy it. Cooking at home as usual next Christmas.

   We had a 615 reservation. I arrived at 6 o’clock and we were not seated until 645 upon being seated we were greeted by our waiter who took our drink orders. It took approximately 20 minutes to get our drinks. When he came back to the table, he asked if we wanted an appetizer which we selected he said it would come out quick, but our entrée would be at least 45 to 50 minutes. We did go ahead and place our entrée order at the same time our entrée took 60 minutes to arrive. I ordered my fillet medium rare and when I received it, it was medium to well done, had I not already waited an hour for my entrée I would have requested another steak, but given it was the holiday and I did not want to embarrass my daughter who was with me. I went ahead and tried to eat it. The steak I received was overcooked tough and pretty much impossible to eat. I took it home for my dog. I spent over $450 on my meal and was totally disappointed. I would not be coming back.

   This is the third year we’ve visited Sullivan’s for Christmas dinner. Normally our experience is excellent. The food and service this year was honestly subpar. Our primary server was obviously busy but failed to check on us and I didn’t even have a napkin or knife through the first course. We had to flag down the secondary server to get drinks. It took over an hour and a half to get our entrees. Both the steak and the scallops were overcooked. The manager never came but did comp the steak. We will probably continue the tradition because our family no longer cooks on holidays and Sullivan’s is open. But I hope it gets back to the great meals we’ve previously experienced.

   Very long wait for our food. Sides came out late, and 2 of the 3 were only room temperature.

   We dined at Sullivan’s Steakhouse at 4:15 on 12/25/24. The wait was reasonable, despite the crowd. Once seated, our server, Joshua C., took very good care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, gave great suggestions & kept our drinks filled. We enjoyed delicious appetizers, salads & our main courses without ever feeling rushed so they could seat another table—and didn’t leave until around 7:30. We’d be happy to return anytime…especially for a holiday dinner. After trying Eddie Merlot’s last year for both Thanksgiving & Christmas—this experience was very much above & beyond! Unlike Merlot’s—they did not run out of popular appwtizers or mains. Highly recommended!

    Christmas Day reservation. Still waited 30 minutes for table. Very crowded in tiny entrance area. Very noisy between people and "background" music. Martinis had very little alcohol. King crab legs, 1/2 lb meant 2 legs for $69. No included sides. Steak overcooked. Will not go back. Food and experience not worth half the expense.
