   Our server Joshua C. was exceptional! He was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu! When we asked for recommendations, he pointed us in the right direction! We were not disappointed. He is an excellent server!!

   Great experience during our first of many visits to come. Tiffany and Virgil took great care of our needs, and made sure to give us what we thought was a very romantic and enjoyable dinner 💕

   Justin our waitperson provided my niece and I one of the best dining experiences of my life. He provided recommendations for our dishes and was out thought partner on the items we chose. He was extremely attentive without being disruptive. Justin is an outsourcing service leader for your organization. He represented Sullivans brand and your product aim the most spectacular fashion. My niece and I will be looking for Justin again when I come to town in March. Justin deserves the highest accolades your organization offer. Thank you Justin/Sulllivans for an unforgettable night.

   We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary here and it was a great experience! Our server (older guy with salt and pepper hair and glasses) was amazing and so personable! He made great recommendations. My wife and I will be thinking of the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls for the rest of the week!!

   Special family celebration for 6, seated at 6:45, ordered appetizers and dinners, finally got entrees at 8:45. Steaks were seasoned to the point they were terrible, but didn’t want to wait another 2 hours for replacements. Not the server’s fault at all - they should fire the kitchen manager. This was once a great restaurant. We will never go back, as there are plenty of better steakhouses in Indy.

   The little things that you would expect not to be overlooked at a high end steakhouse were missed during our visit. Upon ordering, the entire table (except for myself) received their bisque or salad. Everyone else was nearly finished with those items when we had to remind the server that I was due one as well. Their response: “Oh, I thought it was delivered”. Given my empty place setting that response was less than appropriate. When our entrees arrived there were the less than professional inquiries as to who had what dish. That is simply laziness. There were several Kleenex’s on the lobby floor well within site of the host stand that remained there for the entirety of our two hour visit; while the Kleenex box in the men’s restroom remained empty. The sink fixture in the men’s room was stained white by hard water and not cleaning it good enough over time or with the right cleaning product. There was also a posted sign reminding diners to wear appropriate attire. We saw diners dressed in T-shirts with derisive wording on them along with ripped jeans. Neither diner was asked to leave or denied service. Indianapolis is saturated with high end steakhouses and it appears that Sullivan’s time on that list has come and gone. A staff’s lack of attention to basic cleanliness and the establishment’s own protocols is usually a direct result of poor management and ownership. Do better!

   Took my 14 year old grandson out for a shopping, movie and fine dining dinner date and Sullivan’s did not disappoint! Gave him the green light to order whatever he wanted and he understood the assignment. Our server Beth did a great job and offered several suggestions which made our experience special. Grandson is now considering taking a special girl there some day. I’ll offer to drive! 😉
