   We are frequent patrons of the Sullivan’s back home, as we always have great service and amazing food. We decided to check out the one in Palm Desert on Spring Break with our family of 50. We visited last year and had a great experience. The bartenders and wait staff were attentive and helpful. Our appetizers came quickly and were on par. We waited longer than usual for our entrees, seemed like over half an hour to 45 minutes… We ordered 5 entrees, all of which we have and typically enjoy back home. Our lobster tails smelled fishy and one was grey and undercooked and one was orange. My husband’s bone in filet was gray and not cooked to order. The 2 filets we ordered for our kids were also gray and overcooked. Our garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts were cold. We brought the issues to our servers attention and asked to speak to the manager. They were both apologetic and offered to bring out other entrees, but we had already been there over 2 hours and were ready to head back. We received some complimentary deserts but were too thrown off by the poor quality of our dinners to venture and try the desert.

   Here’s a polished version of your review: ⸻ The restaurant missed our reservation (blamed it on the open table app) so we were seated in the lounge, which had a live band playing, making conversation difficult. Despite requesting bread several times, it took quite a while to arrive. The steaks were flavorful but overcooked, and the $14 baked potato with “all the fixings” was disappointingly dry. Our 6:00 p.m. reservation turned into a long wait — we finished our bottle of wine before the food arrived, and we didn’t receive our bill until 8:15 p.m. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the dining experience we had hoped for.

   Sullivan's really is a nice place for lunch - esp for business. Weird thing today, my colleague ordered salmon and chicken came out. She was half way through before she realized it. We didn't say anything to the server. Who knows?

   First time visitor and we loved it. Supper Club vibe. Jeremiah was our server. Lovely young man and attentive. We enjoyed the pre fix dinner and with a perfect price and amount of food. Will definitely make another reservation soon!

   We had such a wonderful dinner at Sullivans! We enjoyed the Chef Special, and we were able to substitute the dessert offerings for the peanut butter pie, which was incredible! We enjoyed filets and mashed potatoes! Just as impressive as the food, is AMY who helped with our order! She always makes us feel “ like old friends” , we trust her recommendations! She is engaging and ensures that our service and our food is “ top notch”! She’s a keeper! Thank you!

   Our experience was very unpleasant at Sullivans. I booked an outside table but there were none available, so we had to sit in the freezing cold bar. But then minutes later they put out a table on the patio for another party. The staff blamed the problem on an Open Table glitch. The food was mediocre and overpriced. I will not be returning to this establishment, especially when delicious Pacifica is right next door.

   Martinis were excellent, smoked old fashion was over the top served out of a smoked glass container by our very pleasant waitress. I had crab stuffed shrimp, my husband scallops and the table side salad was great also

    3 of us had the Brick chicken. It was served totally overcooked, brown and very dry. The side of Brussels sprouts were also incinerated. We sent all 3 back. They sent out new chicken, this time less overcooked but tasteless. Would never go back. Totally overpriced. Such a shame as it was a special occasion and we were all looking forward to some fine dining.
