    Disclaimer: I have a Bachelors degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and I worked in F&B for ten years. This was sub-par. Positives: Mikayla (server) deserves a promotion or raise or just kudos for being the only person who actually saved us after our terrible experience and remained positive. When they brought the replacement steak the way it was supposed to be cooked, my sister said it was good. Negatives: dirty wine glass for wine taste. Did not have elevated service skills: did not build any rapport at initial greeting or ask if we have been there before or ask if she could recommend anything or walk us through menu. Both the server and another person brought drinks to our table holding the glass, not using cocktail trays. It took 30 minutes to get our cocktails. Our res was 6:45, we ordered salad/soup and entrees. My salad came out and the soup didnt come for 20 more minutes. Our enttees came at 830, and were wrong. I ordered the one broiled lobster tail, and was brought two lobster tails. We ordered four sides - they all came out lukewarm, and the LOADED baked potato came with nothing on it. When asked, they said it is “a la carte” (the menu literally says “loaded”) and brought butter chives cheese and bacon on the side with no serving utensils so I put butter on my own potato with a fork. My two lobsters had no extra room on the plate and I had to ask for plates. No one brought us steak knives and we had to ask for them So we sat with our steaks and lobster for five minutes before I physically got up to go talk to the manager. Manager had absolutely no manager skills - after our experience he had Mikayla bring us our check, and we walked out of there after paying with him standing 20 feet away, watching us leave and didnt say goodbye or thank you. Yes they comped half our meal but poor Mikayla jumped in in the last 20 min to apologize and tell us our serve cut her hand and had to he dismissed…. Bizarre experience.

    Food was very bland and my steak was supposed to be medium and was close to rare. My son’s buttered noodles were actually hard. The chocolate cake had no flavor. The server was good and the restaurant was nice, but will not be returning.

    It was OK…. We were early for our reservation- but Sat 15 minutes after our reservation time,no food was on the table for 35 minutes- we had to ask for bread service, our meals were not the proper temperatures- they forgot sauces, the manager said he’d bring sauces-we had to ask several times- it just wasn’t what we expect from a higher end steakhouse.

    Nothing was bad but not a place I would repeat with all the other choices. Waiter was friendly but needed more experience. Drinks were not refilled without asking. Had to ask for many things you would expect a waiter would be attentive to.

    I would like to say that our overall experience was great, but sadly it was not. We had reservations for 5:30 on Saturday. We arrived by 5:15 and there was no host/hostess to greet us. We were the second couple in line and by time the hostess came back to seat us there were about 10 people standing with us waiting for someone. We got seated at a booth too large for a party of 2 and immediately had to ask for a wine/drink list, as it was not provided with our menus, which were served upside down. My wine glass was filthy, so I asked the waiter to replace it, who joked he couldn’t tell if glass was dirty or his eyeglasses. We ordered the beef Wellington bites for an appetizer. Just don’t. These are subpar and a waste of money. The bread basket was offered as an after thought, but was very good - almost a croissant like texture. Dinner was a 16oz ribeye, which was cooked to perfection; however, when it was served and husband was asked to check to see if it met his standards, he had to ask for a steak knife. My dinner was lobster thermidor, which was delicious. We shared the lobster au gratin potatoes - which were delicious. I visited the ladies room and was disappointed in the uncleanliness of it. My husband states the men’s room wasn’t bad. On our way out I passed by a private dining room and was almost knocked over by a waitress not paying attention. Overall, I would choose other steakhouse restaurants in the city over this. The overall experience just wasn’t good.
