   We were a little disappointed to be honest, we found the menu to be very limited, basically just over priced pizza's, a few pasta dishes that you can make at home, one chicken, one fish dish and steak. We chose steak as we have had all the other dishes before and to be fair the chef had cooked the steak perfectly although it wasn't the best quality sirloin. The actual menu looked cheap, just a laminated A4 card. The décor and atmosphere felt like a cafe rather than a restaurant but with restaurant prices. When we were asked if we wanted dessert we said no, we were then handed the bill straight away and the waitress then rushed us to pay immediately. We may have stayed longer and had another drink but felt rushed to get out. It is a shame because Sunshine Italian used to be my favourite place to eat in The Havens but it is no where near as good as when Helen and Fabio ran it. I won't rush back.

   Table next to us sat down, ordered and ate their meal before we even ordered our food. Restaurant also very warm and was rather cramped - we got squeezed in as a table for 5 but could hardly fit our meal and drinks on the table! Let’s dogs in though which was great.

   We were a table of 12 and the young waitress was so accommodating nothing was tok much trouble food was all served at the same time and no complaints about service food drinks it was a delight. Thank you for looking after us all we’ve booked in 2 weeks

   We arrived 15 minutes early for our bookings. Was shown to our table and a nice waitress took our drink order then came back 10 minutes later for food order .By 6-10 pm still no food, Just as we were about to ask where the food was the waitress returned to say unfortunately the order hadn't been processed. So we asked how long would the food be and the reply was 15 minutes. But by then we has basically had enough of sitting there. We asked for discount she asked the manager and free drinks or desert was offered. But basically we only wanted a main meal. So we got up and left and obviously didn't pay for the drinks we had. Won't be returning and certainly won't recommend this restaurant.

   We have been to this restaurant many times over the past 10 years but the last few times have been disappointing since new owners took over. Our last visit being the worst. Food did not come to the table at the same time. My daughters food was forgotten so my husband and son had finished theirs before hers came out. I waited so we could eat together but mine was then cold when her pizza arrived 20 minutes plus after mine. The menu is lacking and it is expensive for poor service and basic food.

    Sea views over the beautiful Broad Haven bay, great cocktails, and delicious freshly cooked Italian food. We come back year after year as a final evening holiday celebration and are never disappointed.
