Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

Great ambience, you will not expect it by the looks outside; food was good, but not what I was expecting regarding Sushi or Japanese options, definitely not a place for someone can’t stomach raw fish…

What a perfect dining experience. Love the vibe. Sashimi, hand rolls and sushi was so fresh and delicious. The staff was so professional and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Good food. Service was terrible. Servers never came to the table and had to constantly be called on. There was no one there, so there isn’t a possibility that they were rushed. Super weird vibe from the getgo. Little to no professionalism from staff; rushed to leave and made snarky comments to each other (we heard them). Suprised they have any Michelin rating. Will not return.

Sashimi was delicious. Great cocktails too however it took a little bit longer to get our hand rolls. Overall a unique experience I would recommend.

Honestly the food was great but the service was horrible. It was like if we weren’t there to eat food and have a good time. For a Michelin star restaurant I definitely have the say the service just wasn’t there no attentiveness at all took about 10 min after we sat down before anyone came up to ask us for anything. Never double checked on anything if the food was okay if we needed more drinks or more food. It wasn’t even busy and I felt they couldn’t keep up. I’m an aspiring chef and most definitely know the difference between service and hospitality and just was not satisfied especially with the amount of money spent on our meal.Overall the food was great but wouldn’t want to go back and deal with the service that was provided.

Ryan our omakase chef was amazing! Great attitude and engaged with the guests easily. The ratio of tuna to salmon was exquisite! Would come back again. Can’t wait for the winter menu.
