Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

    It was a lovely early birthday celebration! As a NYE baby, it’s more exciting for me to have a chill dining experience a day early. Sushi Saint was magical from beginning to end. Thanks to the entire team for making dining out this evening a true joy! My husband and I are already working on another time to come back.

    Loved Sushi Saint omakase experience! Miele and Chef Paik created comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy delicious Nigiris, a rare instance in the omakase world. I try omakase all around the world, and would rate this place the best for the price. Please keep it affordable and casual. The experience was delightful!

    Incredible birthday omakase experience. Kind, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Absolutely delicious pairings throughout the entire omakase. Definitely worthwhile and can’t wait to visit again. Chef Ryan is incredible.
