This place looked quite classy online but when you get there, it definitely has a hotel/diner vibe. Food was mediocre, service was 2 teenage (or very recently 18) girls that didn’t want to be there. It was quiet and pretty empty on a Sunday at 11 so that was nice. I will likely not go back. Denny’s would give us the same experience for less $$.

The food was wonderful!! Everything we ordered from drinks, main course, sides and desserts were wonderful!!! The service was great as well. I highly recommend the salmon and Brussels. The salmon was cooked to perfection and mixture of flavors were great.

My chicken fried steak was tasteless. My daughters shimp and grits was average. Food and drinks are way too expensive. There are so many better restaraunts i the area.

Great experience. Great food and quiet. Drinks were okay. They didn’t have my favorite beer but I tried another that was fine.

I celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends and family and we all had a great time. The waitresses were very accomdating and attentive. The waitresses made sure we never ran out of refills and that every order was correctly placed, especially with the large group of guests I had. They allowed me to have my birthday dinner in the glass room in the restaurant which was very nice. The food was very good. I like that they waive valet parking if you eat at this restaurant. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant, you will get great service and food!

Sustenio is a lovely oasis in the midst of the beautiful Elian Hotel. Convenient and comfortable, we always eat here when we stay at the hotel. Service is low-key ,courteous, and efficient. Unfortunately, this last time, the steaks were uncommonly tough although flavorful. The manager came to apologize personally, which is the hallmark of a well-run establishment. She was gracious and offered a delicious cheesecake for 2 as compensation. We will return, of course, because the waitstaff is excellent.
