   It was a very pretty restaurant and we could enjoy watching the river from our table. However, the service was horrible. It took more than an hour for us to be served dinner. That's bad!

   We were seated right away, our service was quick and polite. We ordered a steak (cooked perfect) and I had a chop salad with salmon. The app was their crab dip - which was just fine, I didn't love the flavor. The view is the best part! All but the crab dip was great. Would definitely go back.

   My wife and I have tried Sweet Waters two different times and have been disappointed both times. Service was extremely slow, and food was not great. I recently took her there for her birthday. It was not very busy, and it took us 45 minutes to receive our food. Four servers working and people that came in after we finished our drink got their food before we did. We will not be trying it again.

   It is wonderful to have Sweetwaters open again. Great ambience, food and service! View is great as well.

   We were pleasantly surprised by the neely remodel restaurant. Still the lovely view, with a new vibe. Our steaks were tender and perfectly cooked. My chopped salad was outstanding, and would stand as a satisfactory lunch on its own. I am glad there is another place to eat with friends, or have a date night out.

   First time. We were seated about 20 mins after our reservation time. It then took another 20.mins to get a drink order. The place didn't seem that busy, a large group had just left. Service felt chaotic, although to food was good. Will give another try.

   I had a fabulous evening at SweetWaters on the River with a lovely friend of mine I was in town visiting. We had an amazing experience with delicious food (clams, pork belly, pasta, and steak) in a lovely setting, with amazing service (thanks Jeremy)! Jason was a delightful host, checking on us and ensuring our evening was magical. He made sure we were well taken care of. Drinks were yum! Would absolutely come back!

   Food was ok. The person who showed us to our table was rude. Service was slow. Lots of excuses given. Food was ok enough. The rolls were excellent. It was busy so I can understand why things were slow, but hard to start out when the greater was not pleasant. By the way, the remodel of the restaurant and lobby area is nicely done.

    We had a wonderful dining experience at Sweetwaters. The food was delicious and we had outstanding service. We will definitely visit again, we live in Eugene.
