   We have been to this restaurant several times but only for lunch and breakfast. We booked our dad’s birthday dinner for 10 ppl a few days in advance and were thankful they had space. The seemed a bit understaffed given the # of tables set up for group dinners but our server was attentive and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Portions of food were good and mostly enjoyed. Just a few small points from the group: - the bacon on the sandwiches was really undercooked and my wife just removed it. - the ribs were very tender but lacking in flavour. Some additional bbq sauce during cooking would be great (my wings however were very good) - the chicken souvlaki was tender but lacked any colouring (not browned at all).did not look appetizing but my father seemed to enjoy it.

   Symposium is always a reliable place to have lunch or brunch. Restaurant was quite crowded and reservations for sunday brunch are a must. Menu was oriented toward breakfast items at the time we were there (noon Sunday) and a few more lunch items would have been nice. Not too noisy even considering the restaurant was full with many large groups. Food was a bit slow getting to the table.

   Almost all tables were dirty when we walked in. Food brought out with no utensils and one dish came out on a dirty plate! Very different experience from what I remember the last time I dined there.

   We have been several times to this restaurant and always had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this time we encountered a problem. It was our friends birthday and when I made the reservation online I mentioned about having a cake to celebrate the birthday. The day of I called ahead and was told it was looked after. Upon arriving I checked again and was told again that it was looked after. Only after my wife going to the restroom and asking if they were going to the cake she was that they did not know about it. Sorry not good. We also had to signal to get service more than once. Not great for wanting us to come back.

   Had a super fun time. Our server, Thomas was awesome, good natured, funny and efficient. Highly recommend the mussels and the spicy shrimp. The handhelds and salads are also delicious

   The staff at this location were amazing! We had a number of unexpected arrivals in our party and adjusted quickly to make more room for us, our menu requests were varied but they didn't forget a single one.    This will be a place that I will return too , food was excellent , service was outstanding , location was easy to find . If there was any negatives it was with the parking . I will be a repeat offender to this establishment

   I met some friends for lunch at Symposium Cafe but unfortunately, made the wrong food choice of fish and chips. Although the french fries were tasty, the fish tasted like it came out of a deep freezer and the cole slaw was terrible. My friends, who ordered salads and soup, fared much better. Sadly, I was disappointed in my meal.

    We went on a Tuesday and had the 50% off pasta and it was the best seafood pasta I have ever had. It was served HOT! And so much seafood and incredibly flavourful!
