   We celebrated a Galentines there and the staff was very accommodating. We loved the food and ambiance! Highly recommended

   Came here for their restaurant week menu and was not disappointed in the choices. Everything was very delicious and the service definitely added to the great night that was had. Our server made recommendations on what we agreed were underrated items after consuming them. Drinks were filled and refilled constantly and quickly and the food was distributed in a timely manner. Would absolutely return to this establishment for a regular dining experience outside of restaurant week.

   Overall not a bad experience. I’ve been here once before a couple years ago but it was a very different vibe. It seems like they’re rebranding to align more with nightclubs rather than other restaurants. Wasn’t really my scene but I appreciate the restaurant for calling and warning me a couple days before my reservation. My only real complaints are that all drinks were served in cheap plastic cups (seemingly because they ran out of glasses) and they were sold out of several drink menu items including margaritas, which I thought was very odd.

   Preface - I work as a bartender and have been in the service industry for 7+ years. I had an old friend visiting from out of town and I wanted to show her a great evening in West Loop. Positives: Upon entering the vibes were immediately great we were greeted by a friendly and accommodating hostess. Checked us in early and got us seated right away. The food tasted great! We both tried the Tabú dinner which came with four courses and tried a little of everything that way. Decent deal for the amount of food that you get ($45). By the time our fourth course dessert came we were satisfactorily gorged. Negatives: The service was terrible, point blank. Starting with our waitress who was actually very nice and pleasant to interact with. For the type of setting that this place gives off (upscale casual), there wasn’t enough table interaction. I myself ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes just for one drink because the original drink I ordered (dry martini) was made with olive juice. Ended up ordering a house cocktail which was subpar. Wait time in between courses was just too long, timing of the firing of courses needs to be adjusted to when diners are starting to finish up their last few bites of the previous course. The busboys were overly aggressive in clearing away dishes and drinks that we weren’t even finished with and took our silver without remarking our place settings, so when our salmon entrees came out we were forced to wait until it got cold to get more flatware which was not brought to us by our waitress but rather the maitre D. She was the only one who touched our table the entire evening, we never saw a manager or our server to ask about our food. All of this, and I did in fact still tip our waitress and all of the support staff. Will not be returning.m or reccomending.

   Restaurant week should be aware that the place is a club and not a restaurant. It's very disappointing to see something so poorly prepared to be part on the festival. I have nothing against that kind of place, but they should eb very clear with new customers that they are more into music and drinks than service and food.

   Service was very slow, especially on a Sunday for restaurant week. We had to ask 3 separate people about when our food/drinks would be out. We got there an hour after they opened and it was not very full at all, yet took at least 20 minutes for the waitress to come and get our DRINK order. The restaurant week menu had pork tacos-plural-listed on the menu. yet we only received one taco each. My friend’s French toast was just a baguette with ice cream and coconut shavings on top with one strawberry. Guac and drinks were good tho. Very aesthetically pleasing restaurant but wont be returning based on service and quality of some items.

   Absolutely recommend! We were there with family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We would have waited long for a table even when I made reservations but the manager sat us in the lounge area right away. They accommodated us with such great service. The drinks were amazing the food was delicious! We will be coming back! I wish I got their names but servers and manager were absolute rock stars! Great place!
