   Great spot that was recommended by fellow travelers at the hotel we were staying in. Its in the Vanderbilt Hotel, which is upscale but this place was thankfully a little more casual (we were in nice shirts and shorts-not beachwear). Drinks, food, and service (TY Angel!) were all great but the bill stung a little-2 drinks, 1 app, and two triple taco plates were over $140). Still a great spot!

   Way overpriced for quantity and quality of food and drinks. It took 20 minutes to make a $26 Margarita with no one there.

   I had high expectations when visiting this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what a high-end venue should deliver. From the very start, the service was abysmal. It took an eternity to get both our drinks and food. Our apps arrived before our drinks. Our waitress, Sofia, appeared disorganized and frequently forgot parts of our order. The food was equally disappointing. The tortillas were stale, and the dishes lacked any discernible flavor. I ordered a neat mezcal and was baffled to receive a drink filled with ice instead. Even dessert was a disaster—our churros took over 30 minutes to arrive, by which point we were beyond frustrated. To make matters worse, we were rarely checked on during the meal, the checked was dropped while waiting for dessert. When I brought my concerns to the manager, he simply pushed the blame onto the waitress rather than addressing the issues directly. Overall, it was a precarious and unprofessional experience for a restaurant that markets itself as upscale. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

   Demasiado caro para el servicio y comida. La comida no tiene nada especial para lo que cuestan los platos. Tardan mucho las bebidas. Siento que gastamos mucho y nos quedamos con hambre.

   I went to celebrate my birthday with my mom, and I was so excited because it was my second visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were seated but left waiting for 10 minutes without anyone attending to us. When the waiter finally brought us a menu, she only gave us one. A couple seated nearby noticed the situation and kindly offered us one of their menus so that we could both look at it. They, too, expressed their disappointment about the long wait. When it started raining lightly, we requested to switch tables, but again left us waiting. Frustrated, we decided to leave and try another restaurant in the area. It’s unfortunate because the restaurant has a beautiful view, but the poor management completely ruined the experience.

   Great flavors either a creative mexican style and amazing cucumber margarita! Try it please! Even tough it was a difficult day since it was 25 of december our waiter was amazing!!

   Unless you are staying at the hotel then don’t bother. I have never been made to feel so unwelcome as a customer, although I believe it is mostly down to 1 or 2 wait staff. I had a reservation, and I told them straight away that I am not a guest of the hotel. I was told that I can pick a table and they will bring the menu. I sat down, and then I was brought some complimentary tortilla chips and dips. I started eating them while waiting for a menu. Then another larger dip arrived and I wasn’t sure at that point if it was meant for me so I tried to get someone’s attention and ask for a menu. At that point a different waitress came up to me, took the complimentary tacos and dips that I have already been eating and took them to the guests on the table next to me, WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. Then a different waitress came up and asked me to confirm my surname (assuming they thought I look like I might eat and not pay?!). Then I finally got the menu, and a minute later I got a new portion of complimentary tortilla chips and dips. Throughout the whole service the waitress looked at me like she was doing me a big favour. At the end of the meal, when I asked to pay by Apple pay, I was taken to a back room where dishes are washed, and the waitress just grabbed the phone from my hand to use it to pay at the machine, and I couldn’t even see if the amount was correct before she paid with my phone. AVOID AT ALL COST.

    One of our all time favorites! The food and drinks are excellent! The view is gorgeous!
