   I ordered a medium well steak, but it was closer to rare, and the restaurant was really warm, even for those who are colder natured. Our waitperson could not be found after we got our food, which is why I tried to eat my rare steak. When she finally appeared, she was prepared to give us our check, even though we wanted to order 2 desserts. For the price we paid, I was not impressed. And, last, I made the reservation 2 weeks ago, yet we were grown adults and were seated in a booth where our knees literally touched each other across the table, and we had no elbow room.

   The host and server were very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and well presented. Our server was new so the timing of the presentation of the food was a little off. He didn't give us time to finish one course before he brought the next one. I would definitely return.

   Poor service. Was not greeted upon arrival. Older Caucasian gentleman who was one of the hosts that were checking people in had absolutely zero hospitality skills. I went up to check in for our 6:00 PM to be let in, and received a “we’ll call ya” response. Snarky and rude! No estimated wait time, no apologies for the delay, no “we will seat you as soon as possible.” He acted like we were inconveniencing him. Appalled at the lackluster service. We were not seated until 30 minutes after our reservation after constantly asking how much longer. Fortunately, our server was very amicable and nice. The food was great as always, though I’m still appalled at the service. Ruined my Valentine’s Day!

   We had a reservation for our anniversary on Valentine’s Day and had a great experience. While we waited 35 minutes beyond the reservation time it was worth the wait. We were taken care of by Alex and enjoyed a delicious meal delivered promptly! It had been years since I had been to Tahoe Joes and it was my husbands first time. We will be back!

   Maybe it was the Valentine holiday but it wasn't really busy or crowded but our service was horrible..I noticed others around us that came in after us were served a lot sooner than us with drinks and appetizers..others were asked if they needed anything else or refills with no problem while we had to keep asking for ourselves...great place to eat but on this day SERVICE WAS VERY HORRIBLE!!

   We enjoyed our meal, our service, and the time we spent at Tahoe Joe's last night. the host was very friendly, and took care of our request after he seated us. The waitress was very efficient and friendly. The manager was courteous and helpful - as usual - and we look forward to enjoying our next evening there next week!

    My husband had T-bone steak with your famous baked potato, I had a ribeye with the baked potato, they were both excellent, decided to get the seared tuna, appetizer, hadn’t had it in a while, they’re cut a little thick and they were seared to long , I know we went on a Friday so it was very loud, the only thing that we didn’t care for were the screaming kids , I’m sure a lot of folks feel the same way we do, I’ve had kids, but I would not take them to a nice sitdown restaurant at that young age,  we try to get out at least once a month so it was our date night, other than that we had a really good time, thank you Tahoe Joe’s and your staff 👏👍🏼
