   This was our 2nd time at Takato and once again they exceeded my expectations! Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor—the sushi was incredibly fresh, and the crispy tuna and wagyu dumplings are a must-try. The cocktails were just as impressive. Perfect for a date night or special occasion. Can’t wait to return!

   The evening was great all around. The food was delicious, the ambience exceptional as we were seated on a terrace facing the ocean lite up by the glow of the moon. Above all Austin our waiter was fantastic, courteous, well spoken, attentive to all our needs. Awesome evening, we will definitely be back and advise our friends to try your restaurant as well. Great job!

   10 out of 10! we loved it so much we went twice! Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Sushi, tempura, udon, brussels sprouts, drinks, everything was outstanding. My husband and I said we would return to Ft. Lauderdale JUST to go to Takato! Service is impeccable with recommendations and "favorites" information. We were not disappointed once. Ice cream sushi?! Yes, please! Perfect!

   Food was great. Sushi and sashimi were super fresh and delicious but pretty pricey. Overall, good food, excellent service. Had a reallly rowdy 8 person table beside us that kind of ruined the ambience. By no means the fault of the restaurant, but, ruined it for us a bit nonetheless.

   Our incredible server taught us some Cantonese and was the highlight of what is always incredibly delicious food w/ a beautiful oceanfront setting.

    We had a wonderful meal/experience at Takato. Austin, our waiter, made several recommendations, and they were spot on! From crispy tuna to bai buns to sushi…everything was fantastic. And dessert, cheesecake and ice cream sushi, was divine. It was SO busy, so a bit loud, but just such a tremendous experience.
