Overall, this is a nice local spot if you're looking for a step up from traditional chain fine dining. All of the dishes we ordered were unique and very different from eachother, but not anything I would crave again. The menu was rather small and the idea of separating the sides from the main entrees has been a trend; however, I personally am not a fan of it. For the money, there are better options for seafood in the area. Staff were phenomenal and extremely professional. 10/10 on hospitality. Would recommend for proximity to resort guests.

My boyfriend and I celebrated an early Valentine's dinner here last night. Neither of us had been before so we were both pretty excited. Our server Andy was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the ingredients on the menu, how the food is prepared and plated, and even where the food was sourced from. We ordered our drinks, the Water Lily and the Lazy Haze (both delicious) and he gave us a little description and background on what we were ordering, which was a really nice touch. He recommended the focaccia and whipped ricotta as our appetizer. It was SO good. For entrees, I got the swordfish and my boyfriend got the chicken. Once again, Andy was able to give us details about where the food was sourced from and how it is prepared which was nice because I was able to modify my swordfish more to my liking. Everything was delicious and beautifully plated. Although we wanted to, we were both too full to order dessert but I'm sure they are just as delicious as the drinks, apps, and entrees were. The restrooms were so clean and the women's even has ceiling to floor doors with no gaps, which is such a bonus! The only downside was we sat near the kitchen, which was fine, but we did overhear the GM reprimanding one of the staff members. We couldn't hear what the staff was saying, but we did hear the GM say sarcastically, "Yeah okay... I'm only the GM of a restaurant, that's all". Was very off-putting to hear a manager talk to the employees like that. The staff all did a great job and THEY are the reason we will be coming back. Next time we're here, we'll ask for Andy. His quality of service, knowledge, and recommendations made the night even better.

Delicious! We ordered the whipped ricotta cheese and bread appetizer, the squash appetizer, and the chicken. It was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Absolutely delicious. Our waiter Alex was lovely and attentive. I recommend this restaurant 100%. The manager was very kind, and came up to our table and spoke to us for a while. We had a wonderful evening. Also want to say that everyone that worked there was lovely. Cayman was a joy as well.

Having dinner at Talia Kitchen was the perfect finale to our day—a meal that felt less like dining out and more like being wrapped in a warm, culinary embrace. Of course, we had to start with Chef Ronnie’s Ricotta—a dish so beloved, it practically has its own fan club. And let me tell you, the hype is real. Made in-house with the kind of love and patience only true artisans possess, each bite was impossibly creamy, finishing with a delicate kiss of citrus that lingered like a beautiful memory. Then came the Spanish Onion Tart, and oh, the magic of that first bite! My husband’s face lit up in pure nostalgia, as if he had just been transported back to his childhood in Argentina. He couldn’t stop talking about it—not during the meal, not on the drive home. Food that stirs the soul like that? It’s rare. For the main event, we surrendered to the braised short rib with smashed potatoes, the very definition of comfort food. Every forkful was rich, tender, and deeply satisfying—the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes and sigh after each bite. Personally, I adored the zero-proof cocktail offerings—a refreshing and sophisticated treat after a full day of wine tasting in Temecula. It’s a thoughtful touch that made the evening feel just right. And the service? Emily was fantastic! Attentive without being intrusive, warm without being overbearing. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a genuine smile, creating an atmosphere that felt both elevated and inviting. Talia Kitchen is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience, a memory in the making. We’ll absolutely be back!

We very much enjoyed the swordfish that was featured on the menu! And if you’re looking for a delicious white wine to pair it with, I would highly recommend the Albarino.

Outstanding and elevated dining! Our server Andy was spot on with every recommendation and so fun to talk with. All staff, including the manager were highly attentive. We enjoyed the ricotta appetizer (to die for) and split the Swordfish entree (so perfectly prepared). The stars of the show were the veggie dishes we ordered as sides - squash delicata and roasted carrots. Our dessert- an apple galleta was the perfect finale!
