   I was able to book a table for Sunday 5/1, when I got to the restaurant that day I found it to be closed. I was not advised of this closure, only to find out on their Facebook page they were just having a team party. It would have been nice to have been advised of this closure and notified my booking was not valid. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

   I am Coeliac and I had the Kitty Queenslander, absolutely beautiful. The chicken was moist, the prawns were juicy and it came with salad and the dressing was honey mustard and chips! I am never allowed chips due to the combined fryers but they have their own fryer for chips. Loved every mouth full.

   Monday night, 7 October 2024, I made a booking for 7 people for 6 PM. Meeting up with friends from interstate who were staying in Toowoomba. Showed up at the Hotel to find it was closed. I know it was a public holiday however when I made my booking there was no indication that it would not be open. Very poor system that it did not advise me the venue would not be open. Doesn't matter, we went to the Burke and Wills and had a great meal.

   Meal was delicious bit disappointed there was a lack of salad and chips with meal. Other restaurants give heaps more. Would definitely come back

   Loving Tatts for meals we have been a few times for work and now starting to come with family and friends had a date night and table was perfect

   Booked table could not be found by staff. Took a while to get the table. Ordering meals was seamless. Food was not up to their normal standards. Cob loaf not cooked.Was like stale bread not toasted or hot. Crepe was burnt and chicken like rubber and not a lot of sauce. Chips were just warm. They use to have the most delicious food but not tonight. Advised the waitress about the issues,but ignored. She did get a takeaway container so could take home for the dog. Crumbed steak was good. It was loud but went for the food. Greatly Disappointed.

   Awful. The glasses were filthy as were the chairs, covered in stains and the smell of stale beer coming down the staircase. The steaks took 35 minutes to come out, despite the place being almost empty and 2 of the 3 was not cooked correctly, veges were tepid and my 200 gram eye fillet looked like a small rissole. We won't be back.

    Staff were horrible to deal with, no communication if you don’t want to work don’t take it out on the customers. Throw your food on the table as well as the drinks. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
