   Horrible experience. Me and my family was seated for over an hour and 45 minutes before our food came to our terrible. Yes, I was fully prepared to have a wait due to it being christmas, but when 3 tables come in after you & get their food between 15 & 20 minutes, it's very ridiculous that me and my family waited over an hour and 45 minutes. Not only that, our waiter walked past our table over 10x (I counted) throughout that hour and 45minutes and didn't say a single word to us, not an update, not an apology for the wait, nothing at all. Once our food arrived, it was mediocre to say the least. The stuffed "shrimp" were so tiny that it was more stuffing then shrimp. The rice was bland, the seafood plate my father ordered barely had seafood. And it saddened me because I absolutely LOVE the location in smithfield. I will just stick to the location in smithfield going forward.

   I don't think this place was prepared to handle Christmas Day. The hostess was awful and had a bad attitude, We arrived at 2:44pm for our 3pm reservation, at 3:15pm we inquired how things were going and we told we had to wait for a 2 seater to become available cause bigger parties got the bigger tables so finally at 3:35pm we finally got a seat but the hostess came over to us and said we have seat now for you if you still want it? Like I'm here, why would I not want it ? It's just strange .. the waitress we had was nice but could barely get refills on the drinks. She took our order but never brought out any food, and she never even came by to ask how it was. The bread was stale .. the meal was good, not great. I can't see us returning

   Christmas day, Excellent job by all the staff thank you all. Our waitress which was outstanding mentioned there was one bartender unbelievable job by her for the amount of people I the restaurant

   When you run out of a menu/ special menu item at 230 pm on a holiday it's never good. Got the Steak Frites med rare. Steak was raw one side and med well the other. Sauce claiming to be a Cognac and peppercorn cream sauce was flavorless. Fries had zero truffle flavor. Zero. Charcuterie board was obviously done well ahead of time. Had that fridge flavor like it was never wrapped. I've been in this industry for almost 40 yrs. I get the fact the waitstaff was overloaded, place was packed. They did a good job with what they had to work with but when you run out of a special not even halfway through a day (filet is always a big seller holidays) and you can't cook a steak correctly you need to dial back the menu a bit.

   We were a table of 2 for Christmas Day at 2:00 PM. We were seated promptly, however, I think the small table was added to a space they had in the middle of the dining area to accommodate reservations for dining for 2. Our order was taken promptly and delivered timely. The Caesar Salad was good. My husband ordered his Filet Mignon medium rare, it came to him cooked too much and it wasn’t tender like a good Filet Mignon should be nor was it hot, just luke warm. We asked for a steak knife, but they couldn’t find one. There was no salt and pepper or their spicy olive oil for bread dipping on the table. We asked for both and received them promptly. I ordered salmon well done, it was very good albeit, luke warm. Not sure if this is what we should expect on a busy holiday. Hope they have a meeting with the staff and ask what went right and what went wrong and how can they do better next year. Maybe they should think about limiting the number of reservations they take or stage/stagger the times better, which might help achieve the customers expectations.

   I had the swordfish special and it was excellent. Our server was very attentive. I also had a salad and the dressing on it was very good.

    First we had a great waitress and wish I remembered her name. She should be manager! We went Christmas Eve and were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time, once seated we order dinners pretty quickly however they were clearly struggling. We waited over an hour for our food, my son’s came out, ten minutes later mine and my mom’s came out and ours was stone cold and not edible had to send it back( chicken parmigiana) my husband was still waiting. Ten minutes later my dinner and my mom’s comes back completely drenched in marinara sauce as that’s how they attempted to correct it. Had to scrape of several spoonfuls. My husband never received his dinner and our waitress check in the kitchen twice! Chicken was so over cooked that you couldn’t cut it and it was so dry and tasted nothing but salty. After waiting another twenty minutes we told waitress to cancel his order if they had even started cooking it. She apologized even though it wasn’t her fault and took it off the bill. This was happening to 3 or 4 other tables that I could see. The manager should have at least approached each table but never came to anyone. It was our first time there, was probably a very bad night for them but will not be spending our money to go back. There are too many restaurants around that have made ch better food and treat customers the right way. The hostess here was beyond miserable.. not a smile at all, and was a bit rude because we showed up 5 minutes early to our reservation time!
