Located across from Director’s Park in the Paramount Hotel, this dual concept engages all the regions of the palate. Taylor Street Tavern polishes the ruggedly natural aspects of the Pacific Northwest into precisely crafted plates for daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings. Locally sourced ingredients also make an appearance in the house crafted cocktails and west coast wine selections.

Just across the lobby, Swine Moonshine and Whiskey Bar explores the history of the American whiskey tradition, complete with a reclaimed authentic still and extensive whiskey list. Early and late happy hours keep people sipping all night long.

Our waiter was very friendly as was the host but the service was slow, the kitchen appeared to be backed up and it was even suggested to us not to order desert. We will give it another try later.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made a reservation for seven people at 8:30. We showed up at 8:40. In a very rude way, the two bartenders/servers told us that the kitchen closes at nine and if we were prepared to order right at that moment that we could stay. They did not apologize once for even accepting the reservation or not being able to accommodate us . Very rude all around.

Food was good. Service was good. However, we waited about 10 minutes to get our order taken; then 30-40 minutes before we got our food. Not the server's fault but it was clear that management, using one kitchen for 2 busy restaurants was unprepared for a Saturday night crowd. We had to rush eating so we didn't miss our concert and had no time for dessert.

We had been here once before, and had a great experience. This time our food wasn’t warm, although what we had was good. There were only 4 mussels in the pasta we ordered, which seemed skimpy. We will try again in hopes that this was just an off night.

We informed our server when we arrived that we had theater to attend and asked for our food to be brought out as soon as it was ready. Service was so slow and we were informed that it was because there is one kitchen serving 2 restaurants. The food was sub par and one person at our table waited to very long time for her meal. Very disappointing

We ate dinner here prior to a show at the Schnitzer. The food was good, for the most part, and the drinks were reasonable. The design of the restaurant is nice but there’s a very large column along one side that really cuts off a couple tables from the rest of the room. It’s just a poor seating design in light of that. Overall we were pleased with our meal & experience and will probably come back here. Our server was not attentive and did not seem very engaged in their work but that was just one person, the rest of the staff was professional and service-focused.

The wait time was long. This is understandable as it was New Year’s. The table with a family next to us was loud. The food was decent. The molten lava cake was especially good.

First time here & enjoyed the food, though the salad course wasn’t that good. Way too much radicchio in mine & my husband didn’t enjoy his Ceasar salad. The other courses were very tasty, especially the appetizers, but my husband’s pork roulade wasn’t cooked all the way through. We’d return, but would prefer more choices, not the fixed price menu that was offered New Years Eve. The service was friendly but slow.
