   Really unique menu. Loved the small plates so you can try a variety of different types of food. Restaurant is small but cosy & service was great. If you want something different try this place.

   We went on the recommendation of a friend which was very good. When we arrived it took 10 minutes to be given water and asked for out first drinks. Then, another 5 minutes for the drinks to come only then we were told that our pre ordered menu was starting. The food was amazing but by the time we got to our mains we had been there for over 1 hour and 45 mins. And were incredibly hungry. The food was really good The service was very slow and inconsistent being that we were on a set menu, there were tables that were seated 15 mins after us but had finished their courses and had left before we even had our mains. The drinks were slow to come out aswell. There didn't seem to be much structure to how it was ran. Would give it another chance but overall we left wondering if it was worth it

   Hello, We are very sorry for your disappointment last night. It was the busiest night we’ve had over the past year and although it mostly ran well, we are sorry there were some delays with the food and initial drink order taken. We do give a 2 hour seating time for our larger set menus as our food is all cooked from scratch, nothing pre made. This is the quality we want to deliver to the table but understand when you are hungry that longer wait times can be frustrating.    Our second time at Tayta and equally as impressive as the first. Awesome food and cocktails, should be booked out every night but has a quieter atmosphere, perfect for a chilled night.

   My wife and I went there for our 18th anniversary, everything about this place was amazing the vibe, the people, the price, the drinks, the food, everything was very impressive. We’ve been in hospitality our whole lives and can’t help picking places apart but this place we could not fault, everything was fantastic they’ve really done something special, we loved it.

   Took almost 2 hours to get our food when there was only 4 tables of people

   Hi Tigi Thank you for rating us, and sorry for the inconvenience i would like to take trough your experience, you were seated at 7:40pm and you place your order at 7:52pm, you left at 9:15pm which will make to 1 hour and 23 minutes, food made to order take times to be made especially when there are other tables that order at the same time, unless the food is pre-made will take longer, i hope this will clarify the wait. thank you

   First time dining at Tayta and the food was absolutely perfect, unique flavours which we enjoyed very much. We dined a bit later, quieter time of night, the service was very attentive, informative and friendly. Cocktails were also very well made and seem to complement the food. I recommend this place for anyone who loves food.

   Food was excellent. We ordered the $89 set menu and everything was flawless! Service was excellent and the ambiance was very cosy. Would definitely come back!
