Teca is derived from three words. The first, paninoteca (panini bar) incorporated our more light fair and Italian tapas style dining. And the second, the word enoteca (wine bar) where we host one of the premier wine lists of the world featuring wines from our vineyard in Tuscany Casali Di Bibbiano. At Teca, we pride ourselves in serving only the freshest and most authentic high quality ingredients around. In addition to our mouth watering menu items, we compliment our cuisine with an array of fine wines, refreshing eighteen tap beer selection concentrating mainly on European and American micro-brews, and extensive variety of fine liquors from around the world. As a frequent patron, the seasonal burratta is my GoTo app and never disappoints! This time it was served on pesto with roasted red peppers, capers, drizzle of olive oil and balsamic. Always served with crusty french bread. The special, 14oz New York strip, asparagus and whipped potatoes was the best meal I've had yet. If you haven't been there yet, you're missing out!

The food at Teca never disappoints! All three of us had fantastic entrées, the specialty drinks and wines were delicious, and the server was wonderful. The only issue was the noise volume was deafening and our table, which was toward the back of the bar area, was so dark that we had to use our phone flashlights to read the menu. And we're not so old to have to do that!!

WCU graduation dinner outside on a gorgeous Sunday and it was Mother’s Day. All the courses were spectacular (the branzino, salmon, ravioli and that sauce??!!) and we even asked for a salad course for the table family style. We were able to gab, laugh and enjoy other graduates who stopped by the table to say hi to our daughter and asked us how we got so lucky. This very grateful WCU Mom will always hold a special place in her heart for Teca. We started her college journey with a dinner at Teca to celebrate her signing to the lacrosse team and closed the circle with your special restaurant yet again. Maybe the parents will be back now and again? Thank you to the kitchen and servers. It was perfection ✨.
