   I had 3 10 year old girls with me who all ordered chocolate chip pancakes. They were all over cooked and somewhat burnt. My burger was good and the egg benny was good. Bread basket was great.

   It was my 4th time here. Stunning atmosphere and great service. The food is just mediocre and expensive, but the ambiance makes it worth a visit.

   The food and service was amazing. It was a couple of days after Christmas and the hotel was decorated beautifully.

   I would not recommend Tellers for breakfast. We dined here the day after Christmas thinking the brunch menu would be available but it wasn’t. I don’t mind spending money for a good meal, but $24 for eggs, bacon, and potatoes that were nothing special at all is a little much. We also had the breakfast sandwich that was just ok, only realizing after eating the majority of it there were no peppers on it as the menu advertised. Honestly a bit disappointing.

   Neat experience. We went on Christmas Day and the offering was there Christmas Prixe Fixe. Was good, decent choices…ambiance was decent but with the restaurant literally being in a large lobby there was a lot of foot traffic and business. Still a fine, memorable experience. Would recommend

   We had reservations at 6:15 and we're seated at 7:05. Entree was supposed to have brocolini, we were served brussel sprouts. Rolls tasted like frozen rolls that had been cooked and we're not hot. One of the steaks we ordered was tough without flavor. We were offered a glass of free wine for the long wait. This turned us off at having meals at Tellers. Valet parking attendant flew past us without the lights on. He had to go around the block since he missed us. Excuse was he was in training.

   Taking into consideration this was Christmas Day and expected to be busy. Reservations @5:15 seated at 6:30. Bar service excellent. Order taken 5 min after seated, I had the Sea Bass with Risotto, food arrived at 7:15 cold and risotto was uncooked uneatable. Asked waiter for tea arrived 10 min later with melted ice, not a biggie but you knew it sat awhile before serving. For $75.00 plate I expected at least cooked hot food. Service was extremely slow. It took 15 min to check out waiter took $100 (needed change for valet) and card did not returned for approximately 15 min. Service was extremely slow, and the food was terribly cold and uncooked. As for the $75 plate price, not worth it. We finally left 8:30, for it to take 3 1/2 hour set plate dinner NOT worth the money. As for the Christmas ambiance..Beautiful. First time at Tellers, Sadly we will Not be returning.

    This is the second time we had a reservation and they were running 20+ minutes behind. The hostess (both times) failed to inform any of the customers that it would be delayed this long. When it is time for your table, they just scream out your name. This does not match the culture or tone that I think Tellers would like to have, nor does it match the price tag that you pay. The cocktail shrimp was undercooked (grey in the center) which is a pretty serious food no-no. There is so much potential here but two times in a row with similar problems makes this place problematic to me. Our waiter was fantastic though!
