ゆっくりと食事を楽しむことができました。鉄板焼きの焼き具合が絶妙、シェフに感謝です。また、サービスの方に、いろいろとワインのアドバイスや、翌日の朝食手配までご配慮いただき、ありがとう御座いました。また、ルスツリゾートに来たときは、寄らせてもらいます。（お小遣い頑張って貯めてきます。）

高級感溢れる鉄板焼きは私達には高嶺の花でしたが満喫でき冥土の土産となりました。物静かなシェフの芸術的な技、ソムリエさんに勧めてもらった洞爺湖サミットで振る舞われた地元ワインも最高でした。本当にお世話になりました。 709 石原

食物质素还可以.共有10位，但客人只有我们4个，不知为啥告诉walk in的客人说没位子了，其实在我们吃饭的1.5小时，有1/3座位没有客人

親切なスタッフの方々のおもてなしに感動いたしました。食材も新鮮で美味しく、お話も楽しかったです。清潔感のある施設で楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

記念日に利用しました。地元の食材にこだわった料理で、北海道を丸ごと感じられる素晴らしい内容でした。また利用したいと思います。

ちょっとお値段ははりますが、他の鉄板焼きより、すごくお値打ちだと思います。美味しいし、とにかくボリュームがすごいです。2コースあって、お値段高い方のコースだと、もう食べきれません。お安い方のコースも、終わりがけには満腹です。お店の方達も、気さくで楽しく、いつも大満足で帰ってきます。すごくおすすめです

コロナ禍で予約組数も営業時間も制限されている状況下、偶然のキャンセルに乗じて土曜日の17:30に予約できました。日本料理店内の鉄板焼きのため、先付けからお造り、サラダ、焼き物まで、すべてが丁寧かつ真っ当な仕事で、ほぼ北海道の食材ということも相まって、ここで食べる意義をキチンと感じられる佳店です。メインのお肉はヒレを選ぶました。肉質の素晴らしさは価格なりに想定内ですが、シェフの焼き方と付け合わせの野菜は出色で、ワインと合わせてゆっくり美味しく楽しめました。道産子というシェフはトークも軽やかで、夫婦の会話にさりげなくジョインされて、デザートまでの3時間ずっと和やかな時間が続きました。ワインと言えば、ソムリエというフロアの方が選ばれたワインリストは、リーズナブルな銘柄からグランクラスまでバランスよくラインナップされ、北海道のワインもレアな銘柄を含めて各種あり、グラスワインでもそこそこクラスを飲めるので、誰もが満足できると思います。また、今回は頂かなかった日本酒のラインナップも素晴らしかったことを申し添えます。今回は最大10名のカウンターに2組4名しか入れられなかったのが寂しい限りですが、コロナ騒動が落ち着いたら、また国際色豊かで華やかなディナーの場が戻ってくると思いますので、来シーズン以降も必ず再訪します。

2日連続で風花さんを利用しました。1日目は鉄板焼きりんどうコース。程よく静かで落ち着いた大人の雰囲気がとても優雅な気分になれる。料理は当然素材が良くとてもよく、シェフも気さくで美味しく楽しい。メインの黒毛和牛サーロインが、50歳を過ぎた夫婦には少し脂が多く感じたので★4つとしましたが、ななかまどコースのフィレにすれば良かったかな。 2日目は風花会席。ゆっくりお酒を飲みながら、これまた素材良い和食を堪能しました。2日に渡りソムリエおすすめのワイン、地酒もとても美味しく、北海道を満喫できました。
