Terra Gaucha is a classic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) serving various of cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and seafood all expertly prepared and served by our Gaucho Chefs. The meats are served Rodizio style, meaning all of the grilled meats are presented and carved table-side from large skewers piping hot off the grill. To complement the succulent meats, we offer a large selection of cured meats and imported cheeses, fresh vegetables, and authentic Brazilian hot sides in our gourmet salad bar area. Located in the heart of downtown at the Stamford Town Center, Terra Gaucha brings the best of Gaucho cuisine and hospitality delivered with a guest-first approach.

                        You cannot get better service anywhere. Been going here for some time now and the staff is almost like family. Clean plates and refills before you have to ask for it. Any food if it’s not there just ask and they will make it. In my opinion they are exceptional.

                        If I am paying for the full experience-I expect to receive the full experience. We asked for Salmon twice after we only got served 1oz small piece of salmon and 4 shrimp. We asked two times for more and it never came.

                        They definitely serve plenty of meat and with little to no wait. The grilled pineapple is a really nice touch. Cold bar items were fresh and tasty. Service is excellent....very attentive. Also, I found the dessert to be better than competitor Churrasco restaurants.

                        Wasn’t that many meats coming around and some of them was burnt and dry or no flavor at all. The sides and the drinks were the best thing there .
