   Impeccable service, food and quality as always. Stephanie took excellent care of us and ensured our Thanksgiving experience was delightful. The meats were exceptional as was the service of the entire staff. Thank you for another memorable holiday.

   We went for Thanksgiving Dinner and it was outstanding! The food was delicious, our service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. This may become our new tradition!

   Terra Gaucha has a wide selection of open fire spit-grilled meats, mostly beef, with some pork, lamb, and chicken. The beef is served table-side with wellnesses from rare to medium-well. For starters they have a buffet with a variety of salads, meets, cheese, and fruits to whet your appetite. The menu is fixed-price, but well worth the charge. Our server, Maria, was excellent at looking after our needs without hovering or being intrusive. As we tell our friends, we arrive there hungry, and leave in a meat-coma! (That's a good thing).

   We always enjoy dining here. The salad bar is large and fresh, the meats are excellent, and the servers are very nice and helpful.
