Nice brunch, but BEWARE of their 12% “service charge” to tourists if they decide to use the US Dollar instead of the Real! That’s in addition to a tip and the currency exchange rate they use which is worse than the prevailing bank rates. We asked to be charged in Brazilian Reais, but the waiter charged us in US Dollars. It would be even worse/cost more if we were from another country other than the USA.

O buffet tinha vários itens sem reposição por tempo longo (estávamos sentados numa mesa muito próxima e pude acompanhar). Tampouco me pareceu que houvesse variedade e qualidade que pudesse justificar o ticket médio, que certamente está no segmento superior. Foi bastante decepcionante. Tinha a experiência do Brunch, muito favorável mas para almoço executivo, deixou a desejar.

Eu amei a decoração, a variedade do cardápio e a atenção dos funcionários, em especial de Sávio, muito fofinho e cordial! Super indico o brunch quando visitar São Paulo!

Making the reservation through the app, it’s not clear if you’re making the reservation to the breakfast or to the brunch. I wanted the brunch but the time I had a reservation was for the breakfast and the brunch was already all booked. So I had to go for the breakfast. But overall, the service was very good. The waiters were very attentive and always ready to accommodate any request I made.

O brunch é uma delícia, ambiente bonito e agradável. Atendimento muito bom, ótima qualidade de todos os alimentos. Espumante à vontade. Só acho que poderia começar um pouco mais cedo (10h ou 11h), ter uma música de fundo/lounge e ter mais opções de pães e frios, mas no geral é incrível! Recomendo!
