    Hair on side of glass; hair in short ribs. Was compensated by a free dessert. No Manager came to apologize. Nice place but a bit disappointing due to the hair issues. Service was ok, we were forgotten a few times.

    We were outside because the inside was booked-- had a nice hot Wassail to start and both of us had delicious eggs. It started sleeting (for about 5 minutes) while we were eating, but we were until an overhang and protected. The heaters could have been on higher, but the experience was very positive. It was quiet because we were outside -- if we were inside it would be noisy.

    Such terrible service last night. Our entrees came out while we were still eating appetizers. We then ordered a bottle of white wine to eat with our dinner; they forgot about it and when it arrived, it was warm and by that time our entrees were now cold. So disappointing.
