For nearly 40 years, Texas Cattle Company, a family owned and operated restaurant, has been a local favorite serving only select U.S.D.A. Choice and Prime, three-year-old grain-fed beef. Texas Cattle Company steers clear of fancy cooking methods, flame-broiling our steaks on a custom built pit over a natural wood-burning fire made from Florida orange-wood and oak. Our managers cut & season our steaks daily to guarantee the absolute best tasting steaks anywhere! We also shop for the freshest local seafood and produce available to ensure that you will have an amazing dining experience.     This place is a hidden gym, we had reservations for last night and had a wonderful meal. The quality of their steaks is on par with any high-end steakhouse, but yet they still retain a family friendly environment that’s price just right! It is definitely worth the drive to Lakeland! This is going to become our new place to eat steak! Simply outstanding!

    This was our first time eating at The Cattle Co. and our experience was great. The food was delicious and we got a lot for the money. Ashley was our server and she was fantastic. She was all you could ask for in a server and much more. We will definitely be going back in the future and hopefully we might just get Ashley as a server again.

    VERY good food, steaks melt in your mouth - the ATW baked potato is on another level this is the best potato in Lakeland. As for the server, Ashley she was outstanding very polite, professional andinformative on the products, quick with service ans always on topic things . If you are in or around Lakeland do your self a favor, make a reservation and have a GREAT dinning experience.

    This place not only excels in service the steaks are by far the best in Lakeland. I have ate here for years on a regular basis, they never disappoint. Try the strawberry cake it is awesome.

    Filets were favorable and tender. Baked potato was HIVE and mashed potatoes were a hit. The endless salad was very good as well. Shrimp scampi add on was terrific value and yummy

    Always love going to Texas Cattle for special occasions. Love the quality steaks and the exceptional never ending salads. Butter cake? Absolutely. Our server, Amber, was wonderful!

    The food was impeccable as always, I ordered the bone in ribeye it was perfectly cooked to a nice medium rare but the service is what really brings me back our server amber has taken care of us our past few visits and she is amazing every single time!

    Another 5-star experience! We were seated within 5 minutes of checking in. The staff was welcoming and the waiter was perfect. The food was cooked to perfection and came out qucikly.

    The restaurant was very nice, absolutely loved the lighting! The food was great, 10/10 steaks!!! Our server, Ashley, was awesome. Very attentive and funny! She explained everything on the menu, answered any questions we had and gave her favorite drink recommendations which was great!! Definitely will be back!
