   We had high hopes. Host and hostess were very pleasant and we were seated quickly. Our actual waiter was very pleasant and quite attentive as well. However the food left a lot to be desired. We waited an ungodly amount of time for meat watching the men walk around the back of the bar and then down the stairs never looking over at us sitting in from of the bar. I had to ask our waiter to please send them over. He waited while longer watching to see if they would come before finally going down and getting them. Our plates sat empty A LOT. Once we did finally start to get food a lot of the beef was overcooked as well and even my filet I had to pull out of my mouth because it was full of gristle. It was obviously a bad cut. As for the atmosphere, we booked standard seating but were sat in the bar which I didn’t love but did not complain. It was definitely a louder environment but not intolerable. As for the dress code, they definitely do not uphold their “business casual” standard as people were in there in ALL KINDS of attire which I feel cheapens the feel of the place. The GM or whoever he is in the suit stood at the small waiters station by our table a lot looking at his phone and even walked right by us probably half a dozen times and never once acknowledged us even as we sat with empty plates and our green cards up clearly frustrated. This was my husband’s first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse and I really wanted to make it a nice experience for him. Unfortunately this missed the mark.

   Our experience was wonderful! Everyone had a great time with fabulous food. The service was attentive and friendly.

   Terrible experience. Dumped coke in my lap. Heard the manager yelling at staff and patrons. It was a zoo and food was absolutely nothing to brag about. Took 39 minites from end of meal to get our check. Will never go again. Our anniversary nught out was ruined

   Went for dinner on Christmas and expected it to be busy. Reservation for 7pm, sat about 7:20pm, but host gave the expectation they were running 15 minutes behind. As we walked to the table I noticed the floors were slippery. Server was quick to approach the table, but gave the "I am over this day and exhausted." Salad bar and hot sides were good, but didn't want to fill up as we were there for the meat. The meat selection was very limited and either rare or well done...offered parmesean chicken and sausage at least 5 times and only 3 different meats. Had to ask server about mashed potatoes, which were ok. The server brought the check without offering dessert. The whole evening she was less than attentive. I understand it was a holiday and they were busy, but if they ran out of meat, should have offered a discount on the meals.

   The flank steak was amazing and lots of good choices at the buffet. Wonderful Christmas dinner!

   It was super busy, but it's also Christmas day. Our server was okay, didn't seem very friendly, but I just assume she was in the weeds (very busy and over whelmed) the items at the salad bar were great. The meat selections that made it to our table were all very flavorful, and delicious. Just seemed like there wasn't as many options as there should have been.

    All of the food items were delicious. The meats were all tender and tasty. The salad bar had a nice selection of choices. It was my first time at this restaurant and I would recommend it. The service team was excellent.
