   A bit a of a long wait even after reserving a set time. Food was good just was skipped over a lot when it came to the meat. Overall 1 star service. Server was great. Definitely would not come again.

   We had a horrible experience yesterday on Valentine’s Day. To start our reservation was at 7:30 and we didn’t get seated until just before 8:30. We were seated in the bar area with our children. Our table was right next to where the waiters refill utensils and what not so we had people constantly reaching behind us in cabinets and drawers. The salad bar was constantly empty. I had to ask twice for it to be refilled then I just gave up. The meat took forever to come around. It was just an awful experience. To top it off we received 3 gift cards for Xmas and we tried to use them and were told we could only use 2. That doesn’t make sense. The restaurant was definitely overbooked to the point there was nowhere to wait. Everyone was elbow to elbow. For almost $60 a person we expected to have a much better experience.

   It’s a shame that a restaurant or a system allows you to make a reservation and still have to wait over 40 min to get a table.

    The food is fantastic. Great variety of vegetables to complement the endless skewers of meat. The meat was cooked with different levels of wellness so there were options for everyone. Our server checked with us multiple times to see if there was any particular meat we had not been offered or wanted mor of. The Brazilian cheesecake was excellent. We left smiling with full stomachs. Great meal and service! Will definitely return multiple times.
