   Overall a good experience however, reservation for 5:00 pm not seated till 5:25. Some meats were rather tough and no sides were offered for the $54.00 per person price. Servers while many needed to be tracked down to get refills on drinks.

   So many items at the salad bar were spicy. I couldn't eat half of them. and the other I was with didn't want to eat them. Our table kept getting skipped over for meat. We know it was busy and a holiday, but we were amazed that we kept getting skipped. When we finally did get their attention, the meat was bland. we were surprised. it tasted oki but not as good as we remembered. Was a nice dinner and the service (other than the meat service) was excellent.

   The food was really good and the experience was really fun. We were sitting at the front near the front doors and it was freezing for us. We had to eat with our coats on. We wish we would have been away from the door. The server was excellent.

   Was seated in the overflow area, which was like a dark dirty dungeon. Very disappointing for Christmas reservation that was made 6 weeks ago.

   The manager Whitney was.very gracious. My table was perfect for the occasion. Service was great. The salad bar was terrific as always. The meats were excellent. The leg of Lamb was the best.

   Paula was our server and she was amazing! Took very good care of us to make sure the meat men came around with the items we wanted, while having such a nice and calm demeanor for such a busy day. The food was of course incredible, as always. The only only onlyyyy thing I would say for improvement would be the fact that the floor in there is SOOOOOOO slippery. It’s not shiny or wet or anything, it’s almost like too soft or something, which I know is not anyone’s fault… but I was wearing heels and my mom had on flat sandals and both of us had to waddle around to make sure we didn’t fall… which felt super dangerous when walking with our plates from the salad bar, especially the ones with the hot food! There’s really no easy fix for that and I’m sure they’re aware of it already, but that just felt like a pretty big & dangerous part of the overall experience. I didn’t even want to walk to the restroom while we were there bc I was trying to minimize walking as much as possible for fear of slipping. Otherwise, I love this place!

   Sitting behind the reservation desk wasn’t great as we seemed to be overlooked by the servers and had to wait long periods before getting meat brought to table.

   Second time we have been here, and each time the service is so incredibly slow. Yes!, We understand they get busy and there are other customers, but to literally sit there and wait and twiddle our thumbs and look around for 10 or 15 minutes before we even get any food at all, it is unacceptable. Also, the servings in between, you are either just ignored or they just walked by you, or there is nobody to be found. Not to mention if you’re having dessert you would like to have a cup of coffee. Took about 15 minutes for a dessert to arrive and then another 15 minutes after that is when we got the coffee. That’s totally unacceptable. Food is good, ambience is great, but the service! Come on! Our second time there once again, but we will not be going back. For what they charge? I expect a lot better service. A lot better!
