   Service was horrible, server was non existent side came out cold and were non refilled. Meat was slow to come around was often on the black and blue side of doneness.

   I recently had a very disappointing experience at Texas de Brazil. First off, our table wobbled, and despite informing the waitress, nothing was done to fix it. To add to the frustration, they charged for my 2-year-old son who only had rice. The meat was extremely bloody, which was quite gross and unappetizing. The servers didn’t even follow their own instructions; I had the card turned to red, yet they kept coming to the table, which was super annoying. Overall, it was a very unpleasant dining experience.

   For the price you pay, the service of EVERY hostess and WAIT STAFF needs evaluating. Some are extremely kind, quick to respond and attentive, others unattentive, Luke warm, and slow. Would love to experience consistency of service because I love dining in place..

   Tons of fruit flies flying around our table the entire time. Couple other tables around us were swatting them away as well. They did not bring out all the meat that is listed on their website. They kept bringing around the same 4 meats. (Jalapenos, flank steak, skirt steak, and Parmesan chicken) we had to ask for the other meats and then was also told lamb chops were additional $9. The Resturant was very dead as it was Super Bowl Sunday but they put all the tables on top of each other instead of spreading us out. This was our first date night in 7 months without our kids. And after 10 mins of being there they sat a 1 year old next to us so our date night we listened to the baby cry and play peak a boo the entire time. Was pretty disappointed with our meal especially for the price.

   I have been to this location twice and several other locations previously. This was by far the worst experience, I hate to say that because I love this place and enjoy bringing new friends and family to try this place. We came for my boyfriend’s birthday last Saturday at 5pm. They sat us a a tiny table with no more than two inches between myself and the people behind me. I had to sit on the edge of my seat and my boyfriend had to move the table and blocked the emergency exit. They had a VERY limited selection of meat and they only came around about every 10 minutes with new meat. I told our server we wanted Medium/Well for meat and every time them came to our table they did not have anything but medium rare. Our experience, service and quality of the food was definitely not worth the $200 bill at the end for 2 people.

   We came to celebrate 2 birthdays- my husband and my father in laws and our server was great, but we were sat in the back room and they kept skipping our table for the meat and the little meat we got wasn’t done how we asked or it was fatty. We have been there a few times before and this was by far the worst experience.

   The meat kept going around some of our tables. Diners next to us left and said they would never come back. I asked our waiter to send some different cuts over but after 45 min of nothing but sirloin we left to. It could have been great but we never saw leg of lamb, either kind of ribs or fillet. The frustration is that I communicated with the waiter and he blamed the servers. Just own up and send them over. Never had a manager check on us. Just sad service.

    We had made a reservation and noted that it was our first visit and that we were celebrating a birthday. We arrived and were seated at a table right by the front door where it was freezing. We politely asked if we could be switched to another table the they refused. We were so cold we never took our coats off. Our food was cold within minutes of receiving it because we were constantly blasted by cold air from the opening of the doors. The food was average the service was great. We will likely never return.
