Due to several reasons Christmas dinner plans got changed and it was just me and my brother on our own for Christmas Dinner. At 2pm I logged into Open Table and was alerted there were only 9 spots left. Grabbed 7pm reservation. Got there early, was seated on time. Had an amazing meal. Fresh salads and sides. Perfectly seasoned and grilled meats brought to the table often. It was wonderful. We may do it again on purpose next year.

Very crowded which made getting to and from the salad bar a challenge. The food was wonderful and the staff was great. A nice holiday treat.

Texas de Brazil has been my favorite restaurant, but today’s Christmas dinner was disappointing. We spent three hours there, with food service painfully slow and repeated requests needed for certain meats. Our server was inexperienced, inattentive, and dismissive. We ordered a $48 pitcher of sangria, but the bill showed $68. While it was adjusted after we questioned it, the server’s attitude left a bad impression. Meanwhile, two tables with different servers arrived after us and left before us, highlighting our poor service experience. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the pleasant dining experience I’ve come to expect.

We had a reservation for 6:15, didn’t get sat until 7:00. Had a great experience otherwise but would likely not come back as it seems the restaurant cannot handle the demand, even with set reservations.

My second time to a Texas de Brazil. This time there was not a great selection of meats. Sausage and chicken came around disproportionatel,y, when they did come around. We told them it was my wife's birthday but they never followed through.No flank steak, beef ribs or new york. Mostly sirloin cheaper cuts. The waitress was AWOL. Overall the Vegas restaurant was much much better. I would not go here again, at least the Rancho store. Highly dissapointed.

Welcoming. Glad made reservation because it gets very crowded and you can be waiting for a table depending on occasion or holiday. Presentation on salad bar very clean and fresh. Ambience friendly and family oriented. Friendly staff. Our server Noah was awesome very tentative and caring.
