   This is our regular go to special place, never disappointed, always satisfied. Service excellent, salad bar great, meats terrific and setting first class.

   Had a great time out! we went a little after they opened so not many people were there hence the noise level being low but I have been at a busier time and it wasn't to loud to where you couldn't hear your conversation. Food was amazing. Service was the same our server was very attentive.

   For whatever reason, every time we come to Texas de Brazil, we’re always seated in a corner furthest away. The meat barely makes it to us. Which is kind of annoying, because we’re there for the meat experience. Servers are always amazing and attentive. It’s the seating and the lack of meat making it to our table that always gets annoying. Therefore, we usually go to Bellevue fogo de chao. This time we decided to give Texas de Brazil another try. Perhaps the last time.

   Pros - Our server was good. She was very nice, not intrusive or pushy. Food was decent and tasted good. Nice salad bar. Cons - The gauchos kept pushing the cheap cuts of beef. No filet mignon or beef ribs were served. Flank steak came around a few times. Pichana and pork ribs were a rare sight. Lots of chicken, sausage, garlic beef, tri tip, and leg of lamb. The trim cuts such as the chuck were very chewy and not edible. Gauchos stopped coming by our table after 20 mins into our meal even with green markers up. They looked at the green markers and just kept on walking. Really odd… I had to speak up loudly and wave one down to get served. We just stopped eating after that. It was obvious they didn’t want to serve us anymore. Dirty plates were not cleared until the bill came. A decent meal, but on the pricey side. Not likely to dine again.

   Delicious food and a fun experience, but come HUNGRY! It’s a great opportunity to try new dishes that you might not otherwise try. The filet and sirloin were delicious and the lamb was fantastic! So very tender and very well seasoned!

   The food was excellent, service was a little bit deficient as the place was overbooked and Human Resources were not enough to cover the capacity of visitors.

    Food was good, well seasoned. The salad bar was clean and well stocked with a huge variety of foods to try. The service was good, however, the drinks were slow to come out. The restroom was not very clean, wet floors and used paper towels all over the floor.
