Dear client, for us your upcoming experience in our restaurant is very important, for that reason we inform you that our Thai & Elefanta Restaurants are in same location, however, for reasons of Plaza la Isla remodelations, we will have a deviation in the access to our entrance, this deviation is through Fashion Harbour, in the hall between the Rolex and Dolce & Gabana stores, you will arrive at Ryoshi's entrance and turning to the right you can find us, if you arrive by the parking lot that is by Palacio de Hierro, just follow the hall that is in front of Ryoshi restaurant and at the end we will be waiting for you.

The whole experience here was amazing! I booked in the UK and they rand to let me know that the table I had booked wasn’t the over water ones, so if I wanted one of them to change the time. We went there this evening and the service was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful with the menu. He recommended which cocktails were sour and which were sweet. The food and drinks was amazing, we were so full but kept eating because of how nice it was. Would 100% recommend going at sunset because the atmosphere was just perfect. The waiter offered to take some pictures of us too.

La comida estuvo deliciosa, el ambiente tranquilo, pero lo que destacó más fue la atención por parte de la mesera, toda las consideraciones que tuvo hacia nosotros fue espectacular y también los demás meseros siempre al tanto de nosotros. Esta ocasión fue aniversario e hicieron todo para sentirnos de lo más lindo en nuestra noche.

Tuvimos una experiencia fantástica, mi esposa y yo lo disfrutamos muchísimo y amamos cada platillo que nos trajeron, ahora forma parte de nuestras memorias pues pasamos una noche muy especial ahí. Lo super recomiendo y si lo consigues, busca las mesas que están pegadas al lago, ¡fantásticas!

Todo muy bien, lo que me extraña es que te mancionan mucho la puntualidad y es el primer lugar en donde no te dejan entrar antes, con la oportunidad de que podamos tomar algo en el Bar o en la misma mesa, llegamos 4:45 y hasta las 5:00 nos premitieron pásar.

The ambiance is unbeatable, an oasis in Cancun. Service is top notch and food delicious. It’s a must do every time we come to Cancun. Highly, highly recommended. Check out the cucumber martini. Probably go again while we’re down here.
