   The stairs are a problem for aged customers Food not very hot when brought to table Had to go to reception to order sweet Staff were lovely

   One hour wait for food to arrive. food well presented and tasted great. Did not have deep fried Barramundi available - the reason I go there Did not have any duck available - it was my second preference :-(

   Lovely ambience. Tuesday night so was quiet. Were able to have table of choice therefore. Ordered Jasmine tea and it was lukewarm, so asked for a fresh pot of proper hot tea. Had two tofu dishes. On one the Tofu green curry the tofu was very rubbery.

   Unfortunately the food was not of a standard that would be acceptable to most. Could be an off night but after seeing the google reviews and responses I fear it’s not. Wife is Thai and we can confirm that nothing served tasted remotely Thai. Asked for very spicy and received no chilli’s at all. Ingredient items for dishes were missing and we ordered when the restaurant had 4 ppl in it and before a larger table so being busy can not be the excuse. Which frequently is the response to their poor reviews. As foodies I would not return and feel that if you are going to advertise as a Thai restaurant then the food needs to have some level of authenticity. Also take the comments on the chin and improve. Dont attack your customers who worked hard to be able to afford to dine at your restaurant.

   I lived in SPerth in 2016 and loved going to Thai Orchard. Yesterday was a special occasion bad choice going to Thai Orchard. Entree burnt no dipping sauce. Fish nice. Rice dish nice poor presentation. Service - disgraceful. There was no service. Waited forever to take order. Didn't take us to our table Didn't come after our food to ask if we wanted further drinks or sweets. So we left.

   Nice and warm decorations. Dish serving is good portion . And the food really nice and tasty. We had a very enjoyable dinner with my friend . I will definitely go back again next time.

   Pleasant surroundings, polite and helpful staff. We had the banquet for two comprising some popular favorites. Masaman beef and chicken and cashew, both were delicious. Warmly recommend!
