   My husband enjoyed his real italian pizza and the wine (Merlot) was excellent. I had the tagliatelle salmone which was delicious. We have not been to this restaurant for many years for all sorts of reasons (nothing to do with the food there) but the restaurant is as good as it was. We need to go more often. Lovely evening and would go again. Highly recommended.

   The food was very tasty, unfortunately it was only tepid and should have been much warmer. We sent the mushroom risotto back for heating up, but the fillet steak dish had cream so we did not want that reheated

   First time trying this restaurant and was not disappointed . As soon as we entered the most amazing smell hit us. We had 3 courses and each course was absolutely delicious . The bruschetta was the best I’d ever had so much flavour. The waiting staff were very attentive and friendly . Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend

   The food was outstanding, we were two couples and we all had something different and every dish was perfect. The service we received was excellent and staff were very accommodating. The only slightly negative thing I would say is the ambiance was not brilliant, more of a cafe feel than a restaurant. Having said this I would highly recommend this restaurant, we will definitely being going back. One last thing, the location is excellent right next door to the Bent Arms and on the high street of the beautiful village of Lindfield.

    Our visit, a party of nine, included both family and friends, representing three generations. We rate the restaurant as the best in Lindfield, alongside Tamasha, which of course represents a different cuisine. Is this village unique in having two top class restaurants? Our table had been separately prepared for us - how welcoming was that?! As always, we were warmly welcomed. The service was immaculate, and the food greatly appreciated by all; our younger grand daughter enjoyed her fillet steak in the usual way (!), so we save up now for our next visit! Who could ask for more? Thank you all, owners and staff.
