   A beautiful 100-year-old building, the Ahwahnee Hotel has a lovely old dining hall looking out onto mountain meadows and steep canyon walls. The "buffet" was a bit of a surprise, but tasty just the same. Featuring chicken, fish, prime rib and tri-tip entrees, the feast was all you could want.

   Breakfast buffet was scrumptious. Very much enjoyed our meal, overlooking Yosemite Falls. Service was excellent.

   I found the food was just okay. Because it is buffet style, my food was not hot. Maybe just warm. Our waiter didn’t attend very often.

   Excellent service. Outstanding servers!! Food was fine, but they are renovating the kitchen so it was buffet - it will be better when back to menu.

   The ambience and service were very good. The food was very basic. For the price of the breakfast buffet. They should have at least an omelet bar.

    Potential to be a really intimate dining experience however currently the only option is buffet, with service lacking. The food was very average (cold and bland) and not reflective of the price. I wouldn’t recommend.
