   Steven k was are fabulous server. Alex was on duty as manager and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. It was a great night!

   I always have a good time at the Ashford. This was my second time there in the last 20 days and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Good food! Try to cheesecake for dessert.

   My boyfriend and I went for an early Valentine’s Day dinner and made a reservation. Great food, the wine was superb and our server was so attentive. Highly recommend!

   Ambience was lovely. Food and selection was very good. Great, great area. Unfortunately our service was highly underwhelming. There were many 4 people at the bar upon arrival and we were left standing for 5+ mins while staff ignored us. After we were sat our server was extremely Debbie Downer. Made no attempt to be friendly or show any level of energy. Just seemed like he hated his life. Without any type of notice at 8:28pm (while still very much eating), the check was laid on our table with announcement that we could package up our food. I can understand a closing time but this a) isn’t the way to let customers know closing time is nearing (with no conversation) and b) when the employees are all sat at bar drinking and being [quite] loud, it makes the urgency to kick us out, even more confusing. On the way out one of them even scoffed that “didn’t realize anyone was still here!” Yet no one even bothered to throw a wave or say anything. As a business owner myself I would just want to know if this was the level of customer service being shown by my employees. Food and ambience unfortunately we completely over-shone by the aforementioned. It just leaves bad taste in one’s mouth

   We were seated just on the other side of the band. Although we liked the music they were playing, it was way too loud for us yo be able to have easy conversation. Food was presented nicely and was fresh.

    Great service yummy food and wonderful atmosphere. Great place to celebrate special birthday brunch with friends! Will be back
