   Stopped by for a first time drink, ended up going to dinner the following night. Pleasant crowd, and nice decor made me feel welcome. The restaurant is 2 levels, with lots of space upstairs. If you don’t have reservations, you should be fine. Regarding the food, our party tried the Caesar Salad, Calamari, Branzino, Lobster Gnocchi, Pasta Bolognese, and the Roasted Chicken. Every single dish looked incredible and delivered on taste. The Branzino was simply incredible and the Caesar Salad, in its simplicity, was maybe the best Caesar Salad I have ever had. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything at The Banks. A really enjoyable experience; wish I lived closer.

   We thought the ambiance was city modern look. It was real nice open feel. The food was delicious & service great. The only negative remark was not disclosing additional fees associated with truffle d=fries & hot fudge with desert. We definitely recommend.

   My recent visit to The Banks left much to be desired. Upon ordering the Branzino fish entrees, I was immediately put off by the uncooked carrots accompanying the dish. It was as if they were served straight from the refrigerator, lacking any semblance of proper preparation or seasoning. To add insult to injury, the crema that was supposed to elevate the dish with its truffle essence tasted disappointingly artificial, akin to a poor imitation of real truffle flavor. It left a lingering synthetic aftertaste that overshadowed the entire meal. The service was equally underwhelming. Our server seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout the evening, taking excessively long to take our orders and rarely checking in to see if we needed anything. It was a stark reminder of how poor service can mar even the most promising dining experience. Overall, The Banks fell short. With subpar food preparation, artificial flavors, and lackluster service, it's hard to justify returning or recommending this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. I would strongly suggest either Atlantic Fish or Select Oyster for outstanding seafood.

   The food was excellent. Highly recommend the dry aged NY and the honey glazed carrots were excellent. The noise level was out of control. Impossible to carry a conversation but even to just enjoy your meal it was like nothing I’d ever experienced.

   Came for dine out week, the scallops were amazingly paired with a smoked chestnut puree with pomegranate, and sweet potato au gratin. Wonderful service, nice ambiance for a date.

    Food was good but when asked for a specific item added to entree and were told it would be at a much higher price, it was not. They did rectify and not charge but very disappointing.
