   Open table is fantastic. But mahogany banquet sucks. I reserved a high top seating for Sunday March 16 @8 pm. Just to be directed to bowling alley at their basement with so much noise from kids. The reservation was for my friend 's 50th dinner.we were poorly attended bi Apology for canceling our reservation. We left with annoyance and have a fantastic service at chairman steakhouse same night. I Will never visit banquet again

   Great ambiance, great food. Menu had lots of great choices so I'll be back to try other things. Good daily specials too.

   We were with a group of 8 boys, ages 9/10. The staff downstairs in the bowling area were absolutely fantastic. I can’t recall the name of the younger guy, but our time could have ended up being a disaster without his patience. Not sure if go back with that sized group of young boys again. But I really can’t speak highly enough of the guys/gals that were there on March 9. Thank you!

   A great place for the whole family! My toddler was very happy to be able to play the arcade games and celebrate my birthday with me. It was a bit too loud for my 10 month old, but I should have guessed that. Overall, it was a great place to have dinner and hangout with family and friends. I will definitely be coming back!

   Didn’t have the bowling lanes available that we booked. Didn’t contact to let us know before I came with 17 girls to bowl

   Not sure if they host local basketball teams every Friday but we went Feb 21 for our first visit to Banquet. We were looking forward to some drinks with friends and maybe some food. As soon as we sat down a basketball player came to our table trying to sell 50/50 tickets but we didn’t really know what it was for or who the kid was. We kindly declined. Then shortly after another basketball player came to our table asking if we wanted to play table trivia and we kindly declined again. There was a guy on a microphone doing the trivia and it was so loud we couldn’t carry a conversation at our table amongst ourselves. The trivia wasn’t engaging as it was about a local basketball team which would have only been directed to fans. The announcer was so loud and would not take a break. I am not a negative reviewer at all but this experience will not pull us back to Banquet.

    The food was excellent, but I was frustrated with the service. I reserved a high-top table for 8 people and they gave me 2 booths, each supposedly seating 4 people, which is not what I wanted. 4 people were late, and the booth next to us was then occupied by another party, when that booth was reserved for me. That was very frustrating. It was also very loud and hard to converse. Additionally, because it was a birthday, I got a birthday dessert, but they ended up charging me for that as well.
