It doesn’t get closer to the source than this. Our cafe offers unique dishes that highlight local produce. Our menu rotates with the seasons, providing you with the freshest food available. We want to make sure you can feel good about the meals you are eating and feeding to your family, including the doggo! Order from the cafe window and we will make sure you have a table with a great view. Kick back and enjoy a locally-sourced beer, wine, or cocktail. Our margaritas are some of the best in the Valley! We are centrally located, just one mile north of Tempe Marketplace on Hayden Road. Tucked away behind Big Surf Water Park, the space is truly a hidden gem.

Picnic style service was not clearly identified when making the reservation leading to a very underwhelming experience. The food was sub par and I would not suggest a friend or relative go to that location for dinner, the brunch and lunch are usually fantastic so this was a huge let down.

This is the best place ever, with or without your k9 critters. The food was second to none, hands down incredible!! If you’re looking for a little music come on Friday. Music was as good as food ambiance and service!!

Brought my pups here for their birthday and had a great time at the dog park and then got some food. I had Avocado Toast that was the best Avocado toast I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly and even gave the pups a special treat for their birthdays! The only thing that was disappointing was they had a race earlier in the day and ran out of nearly everything. But the staff tried to be accommodating about it. I will definitely come again.

I had a wonderful time at the unique Barking Bodega, the outdoor seating and live music provided a beautiful setting for a delicious dinner. The service was friendly and exceptionally accommodating.
