   Service has been better when we have been before. Had to ask for water twice, salt and pepper, bigger plates, cutlery as friends were sharing. No beer available, no alcohol free wine or beer. Food was good when it came, but choice seemed limited from last time.

   Wonderful time at The Barn Kitchen. Food was very generous in size but the salads were very spicy and too spicy for some of our party. Unfortunately they couldn’t eat more than 1/4 of the main meal. Would have been better had there been a spice warning so they could avoid. Otherwise a very lovely experience. Wine was excellent and reasonably priced.

   I took my mum here for lunch on Friday, we sat inside.We waited quite an along time to be seated, as there was no mattadee at the door. The time we got to our table there was a queue of 10 behind us.The noise level of people talking was awful, we had to shout across the table to each other.It was so bad we contemplated sitting outside. The food and drinks were nice but the ambience let it down.Theres not enough staff for the amount of bookings.We had to ask to order our drinks and food and the bill.Would recommend sitting outside and going at a more obscure time to avoid the volume of people.

   What a beautiful breakfast enjoyed by the family! The Big Barn Kitchen Breakfast was outstanding and delicious, especially the bacon! The service was excellent!

   Most food was good but sadly I had to return my burger twice. I asked for it not to have blood, as I’m pregnant, but twice it came bloody.

    We had to wait in line for 20 minutes despite having made reservations. There were empty tables but they still made people wait. They were clearly understaffed but unconcerned. The person who delivered the food (not our waitress) got the order wrong and sent out the trout ... without any trout! When they returned the trout was cold and didn't have the accompanying sauce. We cannot recommend this restaurant. Such a disappointment.
