   We ate at a 3 star Michelin restaurant a few days before eating at The Bazaar in Washington DC. This place deserves 3 stars as well. Don't know why it doesn't have the distinction already. The food quality, creativity, variety, and service, including the sommelier and wine flight, was every bit as good at the last two Michelin 3-star restaurants we enjoyed. Fabulous 4 hour dinner! Go all out for the full experience. You won't be disappointed.

   Stop what you are doing and visit The Bazaar for their Ultimate Tasting Menu. The dishes are life altering - in a very good way. Incredible hospitality, pacing / communication, and presentations. Witty and attentive service. Looking forward to a return trip!
