This is a unique, hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to make one of our most popular dishes, Big Martha's Pierogies! In this class you will be grouped with a maximum of ten people and will be receiving a Bedford embroidered apron to get the class started! You will be working with our Executive Chef, Vincenzo, while learning the step-by-step process of our famous Pierogies. On top of learning a cherished recipe of Martha Stewart, you and a guest of your choice, will have a VIP 4:00pm dinner reservation inside of our Brown Room. Included with your dinner, are two complimentary glasses of Champagne with our classic Caviar service. We can't wait to have you come learn and dine with us!

Was there over an hour and received our app and a drink. Had to reorder second drink. Also received 2 breadbaskets and 2 desserts that we did not order, so they were removed from our table after being set down, and taken to different tables. Server never submitted our dinner order, but brought us another bread basket to enjoy, only to discover it was ice cold and rolls were hard. When he went to fix the issue, he ordered the wrong dishes and then argued with us, stating we didn’t know what we had ordered. Sadly, we were not the only ones in the restaurant with similar experience that night. Never going back. Crab cakes were decent. Heavy on lemon, light on crab. Espresso Martini was AMAZING.

Absolutely Excellent Experience - all the way around. We sat in Martha's room (pre pay $25 a person) I read some reviews - this wasn't worth it - Nonsense - My wife loved it - it's a replica room of Martha's house - same colors - molding - cabinets - my wife was geeking out - Awesome. Service was awesome - waiter told us stories about Martha and Snoop - Just Cool. Now on to the food - Better than the experience. Had Martha's Mom's pierogies - (best I've ever had) awesome, Steamed/sautéed clams - awesome. They seasonally change menu items - had a little bit of everything with emphasis on seafood which was perfect for me - I had the lobster/clam bake - awesome - instead of butter - they supplied like a lobster bisque - first time I've seen this - very different and delicious, My wife had the halibut in corn chowder - different combo and delicious. We didn't have time for dessert we had a show. Expensive - but 1000% worth the price. If your considering it - book it - you won't be disappointed!!

For months I kept saying how excited I was to finally come try the chicken dish as I’ve heard so many good things about it. Luck was not on my side as the menu had just changed the day we dined. I did not get any he dish originally intended but everything we had was delicious. Tomahawk steak. Radicchio salad. Pierogis. Bread basket. Fritters. Dessert. Everything was amazing. Also of high note would be the staff who were outstanding.

I have been waiting to have the pierogies for a long time now. They were good except that they had green onions so I had to pick that out. The roast chicken was pretty good but the herb taste a bit much. Overall the food was a bit disappointing but I had very high hopes. Our server was excellent. What I was most disappointed in was the decorations of Martha's glass cake plates that were displayed in cabinets throughout the restaurant but they were very dusty! Martha would never approve of that!!

We ordered the $25 dollar bread basket and it was amazing. Worth every penny. The potato dumplings were just ok. Paying the $25 for Martha's room is a waste of money. They don't apply it to the bill. The service was horrible. They were rushing us out of the restaurant. They weren't even busy. We were served the salads like 2 minutes after we received our bread and appetizer. We then received the main coarse 3 minutes later while we were still eating our salad. We refused the main coarse and told them to bring it out when we finished our salads (This was the first time that I ever sent the food back for being served early). The waiter got the head manager that started there 2 weeks ago and he didn't understand what the problem was. They then made us wait 20 minutes after we finished our salads for our main coarse. I believe they brought us back the same plates of food. My fish was very dry and the shrimp was rubbery. My wife's salmon was great though. There are way too many options for dinner to waste your time here. Mon Ami Gabi and Steak by Gordon Ramsey are 10 times better than The Bedford. I guess if you are in a hurry or there are no other options you can go here. The salmon, bread and the salads were great. Don't expect good service though.

I love Martha Stewart as is but going to the Bedford gave me a reason to love her more. Service was exceptional. Drinks- the best of the best and a wine list to die for. We did the pierogi appetizer and they did not disappoint. Fluffy and light, just the perfect start. For entree we did the tomahawk for two. It was hands down the best steak we have ever had and we have been to our fair share of high end steak houses. Cooked perfectly, with a sea salt crust accompanied by caramelized leeks. We did the shoestring fries as a side as well. If you’re are contemplating if it’s worth it, it is. Well done. I expected nothing less from one the most accomplished women. Thank you for the great experience. We frequent Las Vegas so we will be back AND if you’re on the east coast, the Bedford is also in Foxwoods casino in CT.

Once again we had a fantastic dining experience! Our waiter was very personable, professional, had a great sense of humor and was extremely attentive! We shared the roasted chicken for two, carved at our table by one of the amazing chefs! The Brown Room is charming and comfortable! Although, a little on the pricey side, the experience was well worth it!

The food was excellent. I had the salmon and my wife had the short rib ragu. The portions were good sized, well prepared and presented. You have to order sides separately. We ordered the roasted mushrooms, which could have served four. I should have asked for a table further into the restaurant as we were seated along the main walkway within the casino. It was a bit too noisy.
