   Showed up 15 minutes early for my reservation they accommodated us right away. All the appies were great. The bison bolognes and short ribs were fabulous. Dani are server was awesome.

   This restaurant is an absolute gem. The service was impeccable, the ambiance was great and the food was incredible and absolutely second to none.absolutely LOVED it.

   Last night concluded with another unforgettable dinner at The Bison during our trip to Banff. Mr. Kevin, who played a unique role in our love story, was there to make our final evening just as memorable as the first one we shared with him five years ago. The Bison was where we had our very first vacation "dinner date," and since then, there have been 5 more dinners leading up to our wedding rehearsal dinner with our closest family and friends. A week-long "snow trip bucket list" for our youngest son brought us back two more times. The cocktails were expertly curated, and the food, as always, was divine. It might seem strange for a restaurant to hold such significance, but Kevin, with his exceptional service, palate and personality has made it that way. Thank you to The Bison, Kevin, and the staff who turn every dinner into a true dining experience.

   We had amazing food at the Bison! The drinks, live music and service were all great too! Would highly recommend as a treat or special occasion.

    All the plates were excellent. Bison short ribs were especially delicious. Can't wait to go back.
