Such a fun place!! Beautifully festive and so perfect. The cocktails were fantastic. Our only issue was the small bites. The shrimp was really bad. We each took one bite. Did not taste fresh. The Parm fries were okay as was the Brie in croute. Having just come from Planta Queen, the food was disappointing. But we had a great time!!

Waiter took over 30min to come to the table. Food was out at least 15min before the drinks. Asked multiple times for the check while the waiter flirted with girls at multiple tables and finally had to get the hostess to bring us the check.

I booked the experience which was about $75 (tax and gratuity included) and included 2 apps and 2 drinks. Service was slow. The food was decent. I had spinach dip which was standard but stale chips and the buffalo chicken sliders which were good. The fizz-tivity drink was also good. The ambiance was really cute. You're definitely paying for the ambiance and location as the food and service was just ok. Don't come hungry or you'll leave the same way.

This was a cute way to find some Christmas cheer. Good energy, super fun decor, not painfully loud (though it was a Sunday afternoon), speedy, friendly service. That said, the food was... fine. The drinks were delish. Everything is painfully overpriced. So for that reason, we won't be back. But I'm glad we went for the experience & can check it off our list.

Overall the blind elf experience wasn’t worth the cost overall. When we got there initially and were seated it took 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink/food orders. Our food came out fairly quickly but our drinks took over 30 minutes to come out from the bar. The serving sizes were extremely small and for the cost of the bites, the value wasn’t there (it seemed like frozen items reheated). The drinks were unique but taste wise wasn’t anything to write home about. This combined with our server only checking on us maybe two or three times for our whole experience, I would recommend going somewhere else. There are a ton of pop-ups and for $75/pp for an experience, it just was lacking in too many departments.

It was freezing, drinks were ok! I ordered hot drinks and they were cold. it wasn’t worth the price that I paid however it’s picture worthy.

It was super cute, and I loved all of the decorations. They were very busy, so the service was a little slow, but everyone was super nice, and the drinks and food were delicious. I would definitely go back. It is a great idea and perfect way to get in the festive spirit. They did provide blankets, but if you sit on the right as you walk in, it is cold, do dress warm.

Meagan, we're so pleased to know you enjoyed your visit so much. Thank you for your compliments, although we apologize if our service was not as prompt as it should have been. We'll make sure that's not an issue moving forward, and we hope to host you again someday soon!

Server wasn’t aware we prepaid for the experience. We were told that to have a table you must make a reservation with the experience. Asked for fries without cheese. Received fries with cheese. Sent it back. They brought them back. Pretty sure they just took the top fries off. There was still cheese all through the rest of them. Was never told the kitchen was closing so we didn’t get everything that was included in the prepaid package. Ended up paying extra for stuff we already paid for. Left unsatisfied and disappointed.

John, we are so for the confusion your server had with your reservation, and please accept our apologies for the items you mentioned. That is not the type of experience we aim to deliver, and we will look into what happened so it's not recurring and see what we can do to earn a second chance to impress you. Please contact me with when you were in and any other details you can provide. I look forward to apologizing directly and having you back someday. Thank you, Brad Bancroft, General Manager
