I made a reservation for Easter Sunday brunch because they had advertised an Easter event. They said with the admission you would receive a free bubbly. When i asked the waiter about it he didn’t know about the event. He asked the manager and he also wasn’t aware of such event. I then looked up the actual flyer from the restaurant promoting this, showed it to the waiter and he said “Ok i will tell the manager” and never brought it up again. It wasn’t even about the free glass of champagne, it was the fact that no one knew about the event THE ACTUAL restaurant promoted and even after showing proof they didn’t care to grant us the drink. My steak was very dry- even though i asked for medium temperature, and just the whole ambiance was so off. What a disappointment especially on a holiday!

If you could please let us know who you spoke to or if you got the Managers name by chance or Servers name from your receipt, it would be helpful. We apologize for the inconvenience you had with you Steak as this is also not something that we strive for at Blue Dog when it comes to quality of service. Please email us or send us a DM on Instagram with these details so our Management or Owner can step in to arrange the complimentary meal if you wish to accept, as well as address other ways to make it right. We had a wonderful Easter brunch here. Incredible served, ambience and food. Loved the live music as well. And the fact that we could still talk and hear one another was also a plus.

Automatically charged 20% gratuity and should have disclosed that. We always tip 20%, so the server doesn't need to report it and didn't approve. There was only two of us, not like it was a big group. Bathrooms were disgusting. It was nice atmosphere inside, but smaller than expected. We won't return.

Food was barely tolerable. Service was fair. 20% tip added to check and they requested even more tip. On top of that a 3.75% credit card fee was just too much! Too many great restaurants to waste your money!

Very slow to bring cocktails to the table after ordered (asked for jalapeños in my martini and the very nice server (Lexi) came back to report that they were out of jalapeños. Out of Jalapeños? Come on). Music which was terrific was way too LOUD. We practically had to yell to carry on a conversation across our table.
