    Server was extremely slow, there wasn’t much tables. Chef came and told us the mussels were smelly and needs to be replaced.. bad experience

    Our server was great. Food was all cooked well and fairly timely. Wasn’t aware of the up charge for the kids food based on Santa, but that’s ok. Being upstairs made it harder to be around Santa and interact, although he did come up once. Overall a nice night.

    Lovely atmosphere. Dinner took awhile to come out and my entree was cold so I sent it back. Everyone else had finished their dinner and I was still waiting for my food to come back out so I cancelled the order. Really fun to go out to dinner and not eat. Our server packaged the dinner to go which was nice but still was a super disappointing experience.

    1st time there. Great ambience and food. Our server was good however very slow understaffed. We waited a good 15 minutes to have her come to our table to great us. Poor girl was very busy but did her best.

    I am not sure paying $80 for the igloo is worth it. The heater is not adequate and we were very cold. They also make it seem you pre-pay $80 and it towards a min food purchase however that is not accurate. $80 is for the igloo only. Waitress dropped entire tray of drinks entering igloo after waiting 15 mins for them. We were there 25 mins before she took our order.

    Our greeting to the first four people who arrived for our table of six was that they could not be seated until all six of us were there. One person we knew would not be there on time and so they wanted a group of women to just stand around and wait Not exactly a pleasant welcome. I was served the crabcakes which were far from the best I’ve had there and the asparagus on the side was not fresh new asparagus, but was old and wrinkled. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly, but not particularly attentive. For the prices on the menu, it does not live up to other restaurants of the same price point in Richmond.

    Brunch with Santa always places a smile on a lot of little ones. The only complaint was the cookies were dry .
