   Service and presentation was as bad as I have seen in Naples. Bloody Mary was watered down and was served without any garnish, clam chowder was never delivered, the waiter was dismissive and grumpy, cheeseburger arrived with no condiments (when requested they still never arrived). The burger was decent and the grouper sandwich was ok, but the awful service screwed it up.

   It was a very busy weekend, Valentines! The noise level was high, but the service was still good. Most of us ordered the Seafood Norfolk. It was a big hit!

   Just because you made reservations on line , doesn’t mean you will be seated. We waited 45 min after our reservation time and were given a table in terrible location. Everything take a too long and the food is very average. Not worth the price. Will not go again

   Felt like the food was overpriced. Had to pay separate for 2 sides, wasn’t disclosed. Meals were already high without gouging for cost of sides that were nothing special. Food was pretty good. When dinner costs $107+ for yellow snapper and scallops with no alcoholic beverages. 1 tea and 1 ice water. Went to Deep Lagoon on Valentines Day. Had blackened tuna and a seafood combo with a glass of wine and total bill was $90 . Much better value and food was delicious.

   We had reservations for 5 and did not get seated until 5:30 😞. Food and service was very good. Way too noisy.

   The whole experience was unfortunate. The reservation could not be found the wait for a table was long. The service was extremely slow, and we found a big black hair in our salad.

   First time to dine at The Boathouse. Too many other options in the area to give it a second try. Server was not having a great day. Food was average quality but premium pricing. Parking is a mess. I really wanted to like this place given the location on the bay but it just didn't stack up. Hope others have a better experience than we did.

   Was very busy. Waited several minutes for server to greet us. Server was very nice. Food was comfort food. Fish sandwich was tasty.

   BEAUTIFUL SETTING. Outdoor seating overlooking Naples Bay. Perfect night. It was set up to be a perfect Valentines Day. Menu offered wonderful options. Then we had a very very sub par server. We were convinced he was under the influence of something. He was nice but no engagement, inattentive, forgot bread after reminding him, never asked for additional drink order until we initiated, asked for things than never came, appetizer came out twice (no complaints there), but very underwhelming, entrees were slow in arriving and very bland. The highlights of the night were the very friendly bartenders, the valet staff and the food runner named Colton (we actually tipped him separately) We’re chalking it up to a bad night on their part but I do not think we will be returning. Totally unfortunate experience.

    We ate outside. Felt very much like a boatyard..: noisy, windy, dog barking… actually a fun atmosphere. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for Naples. Our server was great. Our only complaint was the lengthy wait for our food. We will return, but not on Valentines Day… too busy.
