First time back in 3 years. We kinda forgot about the Boathouse. All around wonderful experience eating at the bar. The bartender Rodney was spectacular! The 10oz filet mignon was as good as, maybe BETTER, than Capital Grille. The Trigger fish blackened…DELISH! Surprising good wine selection. We will be back in a few days for another steak and gonna try the Trigger fish Siciliano.

Clams casino were excellent as usual although the presentation lacked the usual rock salt base. The lobster tail was tough. Pasta on both dishes seemed less flavorful and of different consistency than usual.

They didn’t have a table available, yet I was able to book a reservation on open table?? That’s a terrible experience. We had to sit at the bar. The hostess was very rude as well, as though this was our fault?
